Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms where clean and sanitized cafe had great food

We arrived at the hotel at noon. I didn’t check that check in was at 4pm. The staff was really considerate and gave us a chance to check in early. There were helpful and friendly

Everything during our stay was great the hotel staff is all very welcoming and helpful the room was great we had an amazing view for parade and other events

Clean rol and ataff

Good rooms, clean, great view! A little nosy because it is in the party side of the city. But it is in such a great park of the city! Super close to everything.

Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Pool and hot tub were nice to use every day for the week that wee were there. The AC was very noisy in our room and that turned out to be ok as it blocked out the noise from the street at night. The food in the the restaurant was good albeit a bit on the pricey side. Location was great. A Hort walk to the Gold Zone and right on the green line to get to old town in 10-15 minutes

Nos gusto mucho el servició y lo limpio del hotel sólo por una confusión que hubo por la salida y no hicieron la limpieza por esa noche Pero el hotel está bien lo recomiendo.
