The location was great. Staff are lovely & helpful—great scones with their afternoon tea.

Charming 5th floor walk up (elevator available to the 4th floor). Lovely complementary tea. EXCELLENT location! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I will definitely stay again!

Super cute and super tiny (but we didn’t go to spend time in our hotel room.) Great location!! Very helpful with directions and trains. Loved it!

Professional and helpful staff , location is perfect

This hotel was in a beautiful location, on a beautiful street. It was a very charming looking. Staff were so attentive and professional: there was tea and scones in the lobby every day. The building is obviously old and the elevator is tiny (3 trips down for luggage), but not an issue …just fyi. The room was clean, but just a bit in need of an update. Would. Not probably pay for the breakfast option again…it was good, just pretty limited. Hated to leave and would absolutely go back here, in fact hope to.

Comfortable and cute in a safe and quiet neighborhood, yet just right around the corner from a hummmm of activities! Tea and scones in the afternoon were an extra special treat, as well.

Charming and comfortable little hotel in a beautiful location - reasonably priced with very attentive staff. Spacious, clean room. Breakfast was a bit of a let down so would possibly advise eating out at one of the many establishments near by.

In a beautiful location. The decor is 20 years out of date. I was placed in a room right next to reception so sleep wasn't the easiest.

The hotel was perfectly located for an evening at The Royal Albert Hall. For a family of three, with a 19 year old, this was a very reasonably priced option. The place is clean, the service excellent. The beds are a bit soft for my liking, but that's not an issue for most. The afternoon tea scones were amazing. We arrived just at 5pm and they made us fresh scones and coffee - a lovely treat. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

This was a really convenient and comfortable hotel. The best part was the kind and helpful staff.

This was our first trip to London and we were pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Knightsbridge tube station is the closest station and it’s about 3-4 blocks. Great options for coffee within a block- which we loved. Would stay here again.

We really liked how the rooms are laid out. You have your space to sleep, sit and relax, a place to apply makeup, an area to make tea/coffee… all without feeling cramped. The staff were very helpful, and its steps away from loads of shopping and eating. All without noise and crowds. Will definitely stay here again!

Dated and virtually a room size lobby facility, very narrow corridors, highly inadequate lift are the downfalls. Otherwise, excellent location, very friendly and able staff strive to provide a comfortable stay for guests. Breakfast room service, reception and housekeeping were positive highlights. This boutique hotel provides more like a three star bed and breakfast lodging than its four star rating.

The Beaufort Knightsbridge offered exceptional service in a perfect location. The room had everything we needed. The offered afternoon tea & scones was a lovely service enjoyed between our explorations. We would recommend this location to travellers who wish to be in a central location that is safe, quiet, and convenient to museums and tube.

The Staff were eager to provide efficient service. Some Receptionists were not well informed on Local l things to do such as Discos, Cinema, but it was Late night.

Fantastic location. Walking distance to most things. Harrods is a short walk. Staff were very helpful and kind. Afternoon Tea and scones were delicious and a wonderful treat. Beautiful building in a beautiful location.
