Comfortable room

This is our second stay at this hotel. We stayed for four nights. The staff are very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, we had a balcony overlooking the rooftops and distant mountains. We did not use the spa, but we did go to the pool, which was sparkling and clean.The on site restaurant serves great food, we had dinner one evening. The location of this hotel is fantastic. Just a very short walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again.

Amazing hotel Great location Amazing staff and wonderful facilities

First the good: Decent internet, good tv, GREAT location, has a gym and steam room. Staff at bkfst room were good. Not so good: Bkfst at 22euros is average at best--typical of most hotels. Eggs/pancakes are NOT cooked to order. No staff in spa. No showers in locker room. Less than good: They charge for coffee and water beyond the 2 tiny capsules you get. So if when you arrive you have a coffee, you will have none for the morning as they only refill them in the afternoon. Dining room looked filthy. Wonderful view blocked by netting. Awful: There is a smell in the room from some sort of air freshner or perhaps the cleaning supplies which never leaves the room--given the room is stuffy this is bad. Especially since the ac barely worked and just blows around the smell. Stains on the floors, garbage in the hallway. Toilet buttons didn't work. Knobs falling off and bed that was lumpy. All around (except for dining room) the staff was unfriendly. This hotel has seen better days (maybe 35 years ago?) and needs a serious refresh.

Very nice restaurant, spa, bar, and pool!

Friendly hotel within easy walking distance of all the sights in town (where there are also many restaurants). Good sized pool which was warm and had plenty of loungers and parasols. Room was very clean, slightly tired but nothing major to complain about. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely setting especially the outdoor dining near the pool and the gardens. Excellent dining at L’Orangerie restaurant in the hotel.

Aquabella is a lovely hotel for rest and relaxation. It was our first visit and we thoroughly enjoyed it. On arrival the staff were all welcoming and helpful. The room was very spacious and beautifully clean, having everything we could have wished for. Access to the spa facilities including the large pool was exceptional. The breakfast was excellent, which was served in the orangerie, surrounded by beautiful landscape gardens. We also had lunch and dinner on a couple of occasions and it’s was superb. Unfortunately we only stayed 3 nights but will definitely be back for a longer stay next time. A central location for an amazing hotel for a perfect stay

The pool area was wonderful. Bar staff was nice as well as the front desk. The restaurant staff was rude. Rooms were basic. Spa jacuzzi was cold.

This hotel was quite expensive relative to some other nicer properties we stayed at during our trip. I did not find the staff to be very helpful, in fact, even a bit rude. The spa facilities were decently maintained. The room was basic.The hotel parking was off site and not convenient. The town was ok with many restaurant options close to the hotel. I would not recommend this property.

At the other side of town from the station but still walkable. Spa and pool a nice touch for a city centre hotel, though did not have time to use the spa. Towels and robes provided for around the pool and bar adjacent.

Had a great 6 night stay Jul/Aug. The place is in a quiet area and the facilities are really good. the pool area did get busy at times but wasn't overcrowded. The room was good, some minor things but nothing that you would focus on. Breakfast was a good range and we did eat one night in the restuarant which was pleasant. The bar area was good at night. Would recommend.
