They need to improve their food preparations. I just ordered one dish and saw the same one served to another guest and it was completely different. Mine was missing some items!!!

Truly a hidden gem. We had never stayed at an hacienda and this was worth it! From the front desk staff to the restaurant cooks, everything and everyone was great! Will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hacienda Jurica by Brisas. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm, with stunning grounds that truly make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The amenities and overall atmosphere exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Querétaro.

This was a great hotel in an old Spanish hacienda. Service was awesome the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed walking on the ground.
