The room was nice, the staff were friendly, the location was perfect, and the exchange rate at the register was so easy and efficient.

I enjoyed staying at Laila hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. They clean the room for you everyday during your stay. It’s also in a good location. Restaurants and stores are in walking distance and the staff are friendly.

Staff worked hard to make me feel supported and welcomed. Checked in early though and had to pay a fee which I wasn’t too psyched about. I checked into another Mexico City hotel today early and there was no fee so was slightly disappointed with this. But the room was spotless clean, bed was 4/5 comfortable. The staff provided me with two bottles of water a day to drink/ use. Overall was a pleasant stay besides the one fee I had to pay.

I will absolutely be staying here again. Close to many sites, friendly staff, and yes there are many bars in the area - which is great!

It was a great stay, staff very kind, location was perfect, close to restaurants and places of interest, breakfast was good. Very safe area and the room was comfortable and very clean. Totally recommend the hotel.
