This place was amazing it’s very cozy and elegant and rooms are very spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the waiter was very polite and made sure my experience was a good one I didn’t get his name but he was young and had a lot of tattoos 👍👍 to him

Everything was great! The staff are outstanding! Great service and meet our every need. This was our secound stay and will be the only place i stay in Guadalajara !

Room was clean and spacey. Staff was very helpful and there is a beautiful garden. However, the breakfast was cold. I had stayed there 8 years ago and the food was much better. Also, the menu is about 1/4 what it offered before.

For a few days stay is good, people is friendly, the hotel is old and need cleanupand upgrades.

We have stayed here before and will again. The hotel is quiet and charming for being in the middle of Guadalajara.
