Buen hotel, el mejor ? No la verdad. Es pequeno y familiar si es lo que buscan, la comida no hay tanta variedad y muy poca condimentada. La playa es lo mejor del hotel y la naturaleza a su alrededor.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We were unhappy with our room. It had a strong sewage smell and the AC dripped on the floor the whole time we were there. The room never cooled down but was slightly comfortable. The food was not the greatest but I expect that with an all inclusive. The shows at night were great. We really enjoyed them.

The grounds were very clean and manicured. Rooms were cold. Beds were comfy. Carlos was great. He worked in the snack bar and dinner buffet. Also Itzel was great at taken care of us in the pool area. Our room was by the children's splash pad water play area and they didn't bother us at all. The only thing we wish was different was being able to make dinner reservations for all the nights you are there or at least for 3 of the nights and being able to make reservations on an app. The wait to make the dinner reservations was over 30 mins both times we tried.

Only the beach is nice , everything else is not good for the price that we paid. I booked two rooms , my girls room didn’t have a shower door, so the kids are showering in my room. The food is not good. They have the same thing everyday. There are 11 of us and we can not reserve for the restaurant, there is no option, we ate at the buffet every day and the food are the same everyday.

Highly recommend Fuji restaurant. Standard rooms are on the small side and the dinner buffet was monotonous with limited food choices. Nightly shows/entertainment were enjoyable. Beach and sea are beautiful with crystal water and lots of beautiful marine life to see. Don’t forget to make your scuba masks and snorkels and if you do the hotel offers equipment daily for 1 hour to go snorkelling. Very family orientated and relaxing atmosphere.

Nice place, really the amazing beach was worth it all. Food just medium good. Rooms fine but had condensation and thin walls.

This is a family friendly resort. This is our 2nd stay at the Allegro. We go mainly for the beach as it is always clean and the water crystal clear. Its not huge which makes getting around the resort a breeze.

The room seems a little outdated and could be more clean, but the rest of the resort was great! Nice pools, good food options, and well maintained green space.

Great stay for family of 4. Pools and beach were amazing. Easy to always get food/drinks. Plenty of options. Hibachi restaurant is best. Across street is excellent taco stand. ate, swam, snorkeled, played pool. grounds are excellent. gift shop is lovely and well priced. rooms were fine. A bit of a musty smell in our rooms from humidity I guess, which was my only real negative but we weren’t in rooms much. Grounds are beautiful. Went after spring break to avoid crowds. Perfect amount of ppl. IMO premium area is overrated.

Hotel muy bonito, excelente servicio, limpieza excepcional..me encantó el lugar lo recomiendo mucho.Lo único negativo a señalar es el servicio del restaurante italiano, calor insoportable,comida muy mal elaborada y demora excesiva.. después de esperar una eternidad nunca trajeron el postre...una verdadera pena..

It was okay. Food was tolerable. For restaurants you have to reserve days in advanced, they never had anything open the week we stayed. Room was very dusty. Our shower flooded our room. I had to ask 2x to get it cleaned, housekeeping only took the dirty towels we used to clean the floor and left a big trail of sewer water(I had to clean the floor myself). The mini fridge was broken down and had a horrible smell in the room. They sprayed it down which made it smell worse. Didn’t have other rooms available even if it was only for the night to air the room out.$100.00 went missing from my wallet. The servers can also be a bit better with their service. The beach is great though. 🤓

The property was small and felt like family. No fighting for a chair at the beach or the pool. Lots of games on the beach and at the pool to join or watch. Diego was an amazing activity director and remembered his guests and created relationships. Not as fancy as other resorts, but the welcoming atmosphere was so much better.

The resort was beautiful and as pictured. The pools, rooms and staff were all amazing! The buffet food was terrible, think hospital cafeteria food. It was very plain and bland. We had 2 specialty restaurants passes, the Oriental and the Authentic Mexican: they were both amazing. The snack bar had burgers and fries for lunch from 12-5 everyday and that is what we ate most of the week for lunch and dinner. The beach had a lot of seaweed in the water and was not as clear as I thought it would have been. Each night there was a performance in the open air theater, they were nice. The rooms had very nice A/C but the buffets did not. That was very unpleasant. The Oriental Restaurant did have A/C.

The staff was very friendly, and the food was good. Some feedback would be to have more activities for teenagers, and for the check-in process to be faster.

Did NOT like that they don’t have A/C in ANY of the eating areas….. being the weather very hot it was uncomfortable eating while sweating 😓!!!!! No air conditioning including the “specialty restaurants”!!!!

We had a blast at this resort! This was the first time my kids 16 and 12 had done a trip out of the US and it was so wonderful! The guys that do the entertainment during the day are hilarious and just fun to be around. Diego was our favorite! Only thing I can say is the night entertainment wasn’t the best that could use some working in but that’s it.
