AVOID THIS PROPERTY Absolutely filthy, stained sheets, outdated appliances, no towels and none available when we called for some, none of our lamp outlets worked and half the wall outlets didn't either, obvious that the door was kicked in and the frame glued back into place, someone walked in without knocking or a key, pool closed very early so we had to swim early in the morning, bugs in the pool, cold hot tub also with bugs, had to scrub the tub out myself to bathe my children only to find the tub stopper broken, toilet crusted with others waste. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The check in staff was lovely.. but the room was smelly. I had no hot water to shower or shave. The carpet had wet spots on it. The outside balcony was dirty with cigarette butts on. It was not cleaned, or useable Had piles of dirt as well. Garbage bags left out from an attempt of cleaning.

The first room had no hot water. They moved us to another and only one hand towel and no face clothes...

It was a good place but not wow. The hot tub didn't work and hard to find parking past 9pm Staff was great.

Room was old, bed was uncomfortable, floors were carpet but not cleaned . No hot water to have a shower. No TV. Not impressed. The first Ramada hotel that we (my husband and I) stayed in a room that we were disappointed with. Staff were ok

The rooms were ok. The floors felt like we always needed shoes on. The complimentary breakfast was sub par. No hot breakfast (mind you that’s due to renos) The hot tub was cold and green… with no signs saying it was closed. For the price, I was expecting better

The room was clean and well maintained. Lots of parking. Restaurants and shops are handy to this downtown location. Staff are helpful and friendly and always willing to help.

lets see. window screen slashed, no security lock (deadbolt yes but no flip over latch) fridge freezer had at least 3" of ice, with an ice bag frozen into the ice, no window locks, cover on ac was off microwave handle was broken off. When asked about housekeeping, they changed the towels, (we were staying for 5 days) got housekeeping in again, no sheet change, and they finally vacuumed. I will say that management did get the lock installed, and gave us window locks that night. But these are things that should have been addressed before our stay. Plus it was $169 per night. never again. Ramada needs to attend to this. oh and major water leak in the continental dining area.

They promoted a hot tub, and breakfast. NO HOT TUB AMD NO Breakfast

I wasnt expecting the best to begin with because I am from Quesnel but it was horrible and would not recommend anyone stay. Absolutely no house keeping unless specifically asking for each individual thing. We emptied our own garbage from the room & had to ask them to bring bags. They brought bags while we were out but thats it. Asked multiple times for towels, bed was changed once (because asked). I asked them to refill the conditioner(never did), never restocked our water & coffee cups. I also tried to shower several times and no hot water. When brought to the attention of the front desk, I was told I need to phone them so they can "turn on the hot water and turn off the hot water to the hot tube manually".. ???? Garbage cans outside overflowing with garbage. Garbage all over & no one seemed concerned. There is no "housekeeping request" sign for the door so you have to hassle them non stop. We stayed for 1 week. Terrible.

We booked a 2 Bedroom Suite. The room was not a suite. It’s a bedroom when you walk in, with an adjacent room. There’s no living space. The floor was warped right in the middle of the room as you enter all the way across the length of it. The room was not clean. When we asked for a 1 bedroom suite instead they said no other suite was cleaned for the day. The overall property is dilapidated and poorly maintained. Parking area and entrances rank of urine. Paint is peeling off both external and internal walls. The inside of the building all smells old and dirty. Everything was in general state of uncleanliness.

The room needed fresh paint and flooring with the bathroom needing a refresh to make it feel clean: The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had one night where the town riffraff kept us awake but the failure was with the police not the staff.

The rooms are adequate but in need of renovations. The continental breakfast was sufficient and timely. The hotel was worth the price and will meet the needs of any traveler who just needs a place to stay while passing through the area.

We were very disappointed that we were not told that the pool and hottub were not available. They did offer to reimpurse us for the community pool but the experience there was very disappointing. The facility was quite a distance away and the staff (young lifguards) were very agressive not using any common sense in doing their job. Breakfast was good with pancakes eggs and saugages etc.,

I had made requirement for main level. We were put on second floor. Room is run down. Air conditioner very old Windows not able to open. Bathroom, towels and bedding clean
