Very nice service and specially Daniela at the spa was extremely helpful and nice and overal the service and condition of the hotel are 5 star all around.

The check-in was a bit tricky as they couldn’t find the booking that we made through hotels.com but finally they let us enter the room which was a suite and therefore quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was at the standard you would expect from a five star hotel. Service was very friendly. But as we wanted to renter our room both keys did not work. Overall the atmosphere was a bit coolish. The main restaurant was closed and we had dinner in our room. Anyway, in total we enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed for one night and got in pretty late and weren’t able to utilize all the amenities. But the room and bathroom were spotless and the bed very comfortable. The service was also perfect. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Great hotel interior. Fantastic pool. But service was unacceptable for Ritz. Check in and check out took too long. 1 receptionist is definety not enough. But the main dissapoontment was a full occupancy of the only restaurant in the hotel and a poor dinner in the lobby.

It was the best time ever. it was the best hotel in my life. Pool was so wonderful. SHOUlD bring swimsuit to go to the hotel. the pool was warm and you can swin with the great VW factory view. Everyone is so kind and Aqua which is a reaturant in the hotel was awesome. I would like to visit the Autostadt again because of the hotel.

Perfect, couldn't ask for anything else. The staff at the front desk where super nice, sorry I can't remember there names, want say Scott and Pregnish. The steam room is nice and the pool is a nice touch. If your looking to check out the autostadt this is the place to stay if you can afford it.

Wonderful stay as part of our tour of Northern Germany. We stayed in a Club room and the hotel very kindly left us a gift of champagne, chocolates and a little note wishing us a happy journey :-) If you can stretch to a Club room, do. Its very much worth it !!

The hotel is immaculate and the staff is friendly and professional. You cannot go wrong here. I will return and I recommend it highly.

Wonderful hotel, inside the Autostadt! Nice to walk between the car buildings and wonderful gardens.

Business or Pleasure, it's the perfect location in the middle of the Autostadt which gets prettier every time.

Amazing experience. Was going to be late for train and they provided hotel car (Phaeton) to drive us and our bags to station.

Six star service and excellent cuisine in Aqua restaurant.

Top notch luxury hotel, rooms and leisure area, top notch reception staff, top notch 3 michelin star restaurant (called Aqua - book early) but bar closed early (12.10 instead of the supposed 1am) and cleaners were then cleaning public areas whilst we were trying to enjoy the rest of the evening. Located on the edge of the Volkswagen park, (for which you get free entrance saving 15 euros each) leave at least a whole day to see all that, so recommend a two night stay.Overall a definite recommendation.

Absolutely marvellous!

The hotel was wonderful. Heated floors. Great air conditioning. Sauna steam room with refreshing showers were amazing. I would stay there again and again.
