Great staff unfortunately elevators were not functioning during our stay . Great beach front access and beautiful rooftop pool.

Great location, great restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet has a great selection. The hotel is right on the beach with easy access.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the San Antonio harbour. It is located outside of the city so it’s really quiet but if you want to go the party side it’s a 10 euro taxi ride away. Breakfast was included in our package and all of the options were available. We were on a strip where there were many other restaurants and shops. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. If you are interested in having a tomahawk steak, we had the best dinner at El Gaucho Steakhouse.

The hotel was very nice, we loved the rooftop, and the staff was very friendly. We will return and recommend it to our friends.

The beach views are immaculate, the DJ vibes, food, drinks and the amazing buffet breakfast was top notch. Would stay here again and recommend.

Lovely hotel let down by blasé attitude of staff as well as sparseness of rooms….basics such as a kettle, slippers or a gown are ‘extras’.

A modern, clean hotel, but not a great deal close by, which was a bit of a pain in the evenings with kids as the hotel itself only had a tuk tuk street food option which meant a taxi out to the bay every evening. Rooms were a bit of a tight squeeze, and the air con wasn’t of the greatest strength. A large choice of breakfast buffet but unfortunately not the greatest quality of produce.

Only downside was no parking

Nicely located next to Cala Pinet. Awesome breakfast, spectacular rooftop and adequate lounges around the pool. DJ music all day. Rooms were spacious and scent/fragrance free! Most of all, staff were very helpful and attentive!!! We’ll stay there again!

From check in through to departure the hotel was delightful. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooftop bar the best around. We will definitely go back.

Lovely hotel with a great atmosphere. Daytime DJs around both pools were really good. Great food with lots of choice at breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful. Friendly staff at the reception. Clean rooms and I loved the balcony view. However, the service at the roof top bar was not very efficient. Some members of staff were rude. They would not acknowledge the customers presence. The lifts were slow and one seemed faulty.

I liked the property, it’s very trendy and furnishings and style are excellent. I think there lacking in guest personalisation and customer service. Everyone seems very busy and preoccupied. They were aware of my son’s 21 birthday and no acknowledgement was made! Also the roof top pool was closed for one day whilst I was there and that was the main reason for booking it.

Great place and convenient, rooms are very comfortable with great space. Staff is very nice and respectful. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Loved the easy access to the beach. There are a lot of dinning options near the hotel and is easy to get to any place in the island.

La terraza del hotel es espectacular , todo el personal muy amable , el bufet a pesar que tiene mucha variación no es bueno , por todo lo demás muy complacida. The hotel rooftop is spectacular , all the staff very friendly , the buffet although it has a lot of variation is not good , otherwise very pleased

Very clean and located at the open bay where you could enjoy the legendary sunset. Walkable to restaurant and other souvenir stores. Breakfast buffet has so much food selection and it's one of the best breakfast buffet we had. Dining room is super specious and boast a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. House keeping is very quick and attentive to request. I would give this place a 9.8.
