I wrote a detailed G-maps review on this location. Over all for price considerations this boutique hotel is highly recommended. It is a little far from many attractions but a nearby subway station will address most concerns if you don't want to be walking off all the Parisian desserts, wine and other tasty foods. The staff to a person were just awesome. The daily breakfast bar was worth the 16E per person in our opinion since it allowed a fair number of options and opened pretty early allowing us to head out and get in lines earlier than many.

Such a cozy hotel with clean rooms and wonderful, friendly staff. Loved it and we hope to come back soon

The staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was fresh, and delicious. Great location near metro station, safe neighbourhood and many places to eat. We will stay again next time we are in Paris.

Rooms were clean Service was kind Location is exactly what i needed. Paris public transportation...RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER. able to get to monuments with less than a 30 min commute. The location itself has the items you needed. Breakfast is solid, nice to have to get you going for the day. Via whats app their service team is incredibly responsive, and helpful. Room. Studio was prettty small. But quaint. It had all we needed. Would consider this a great spot for anyone who doesn't already know exactly where they want to stay!

The staff were so welcoming and polite. The room was clean and tidy with a great shower. We did not eat there so I am unable to comment on the dining, but it did smell lovely. The train station is only a 10 mins walk and was easy to negotiate with suitcases. A great stay - thank you.

Very cool property and great cabana concept especially for Paris. However, things are starting to look like they need a bit of TLC. Especially because wood requires a consistent amount of upkeep. Also adding cushions to the outdoor sitting in the cabana patios is a must. Sweeping the decks prior to renting the cabanas would also go a long way. Doors need some attention as well as I couldn’t open the door of the cabana from the inside ☹️. The Persian carpet would be a nice touch if it wasn’t so threadbare. Nowadays you can pick one up for cheap on EBay. Last, having more coffee pods for the espresso machine is an easy thing to do and was lacking. There’s an overall feel of decay that could very easily be addressed. I highly recommend you invest a small amount of funds to elevate this super cute hotel because it has great potential 😊

Charming hotel in Montparnasse. Surprisingly quiet for a lively Parisian neighborhood. Splendid staff, always smiling, always willing to assist. Cozy room with clever shower design to make use of the limited space without feeling cramped. Thoughtful breakfast with homemade items and plentiful coffee to order. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location is great — it’s very convenient to buy food and take the metro nearby. However, on the last day of my stay, the housekeeping staff forgot to clean the room. The breakfast cost €16, but the food was not very fresh. The room on the second floor had poor sound insulation and was very small. I won’t stay here again next time.

Staff were very friendly, the hotel had a lovely boho vibe to it. The room was clean and comfortable. Would have like facilities to make tea and coffee in the room.

This property was cute and authentic, in a less tourist-y area of Paris! The staff was amazing, we had an issue with our room and they were able to relocate us within a day! It was located right next to a metro stop, which made getting around Paris very convenient! Appreciate all of the staff for their help and attentiveness!
