My experience at Hotel Parc Hanoi was very impressive. The space was luxurious and quiet, the rooms were clean and well-equipped. The staff were professional, enthusiastic, and attentive. The location was convenient for both business and leisure. Very reliable and I will return on future visits.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff

I had a wonderful vacation, my family including the elderly and children were taken care of very thoughtfully and supported by the hotel. Especially the housekeeping department cleaned the room very cleanly and the lobby department supported my family with carrying the wheelchair. Will definitely come back. Best.

Ms. Ngoc is very nice, and gave me late check-out even though the hotel is super busy. All staff is very nice and helpful. The room is big and comfortable with Japanese standard. Breakfast is perfect and has some healthy Japanese food. From the old town to the hotel can walk around 20 minutes and 5 minutes by taxi. I recommend the hotel for both business trips and leisure trips. We will come back again. Thank you very much. NP

It's okay, but I think the staff is not very responsive. I have to carry my own luggage to the room. A suitcase is nothing, but when I go to other hotels of the same level, I notice that people often carry my luggage for me. The remaining services are clean and suitable for the price. The hotel is right in the center, so the price is reasonable.

I feel this is one of the best 5* hotels in Hanoi. As a Japanese hotel and with many Japanese guests staying here, I find the hotel meets certain standards that few other hotels have: hygiene, comfort, coziness and delicious Japanese food. The hotel is also conveniently located to move into the old town and is not too crowded so the rooms are also larger than the hotels around Hoan Kiem Lake.

Though only stayed for one night, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel greatly. It 's located in a very convenient location with just minutes away from attractions, lake and park. The services were good and the staffs were very hospitable. Will definitely return and stay again next time.
