Good place, happy with the room and facilities. Loved the location which was not complicated from the motorway. Staffs were friendly, polite and always helpful. Breakfast was great.

Hotel clean enough and can't fault the fact it has a small pool, sauna and steam room along with a gym. Breakfast staff nice and friendly, room was seemed clean. On the downside no for the room, no air con or fan in the room and a lot of road noise especially with window open (still audible with it shut also, despite being on 4th floor). Only two sets of towels in the room even though there were three of us staying in the room. Plug sockets next to the beds but no usb ports. I'd paid for breakfast with my booking but reception said we didn't have it despite me showing him confirmation we did. I had booked through Hotels.com / Expedia and i was told it was there problem not the hotels so that was really helpful !! Car park wasn't the biggest and cost an additional £8 or £9, there is plenty of other car parks nearby which i think cost a similar price for 24hrs.

Arrived a little earlier than check in and didn’t expect room to be ready but did expect to be able to get a drink but bar closed….it was 2pm on a Saturday afternoon!!! Disappointing. Hotel in great location and breakfast was great.

Great hotel, nice clean room, a bit on the small side but more than adequate for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was quite nice with a decent selection of food. Staff were pleasant although I did have to ask twice for a receipt for a coffee I bought from the bar. The server inadvertently put the receipt in the till and went on to serve someone else.

Starting look a bit tired but good for the area, went to iron a shirt for work & board was well in need of a new cover, it’s the small touches that make the difference, single glazed windows do road noise was apartment

Rooms were dirty! Stains all over the carpet. Dead flies all over the windowsill. Locks broken on the windows so couldn’t be opened or closed, just constantly ajar and in a windy area so just a constant whistle. When ordering food starters and mains came together, and the waitress then said you need to tell them when ordering that you wants starters first….. I mean isn’t that the point?!

the hotel was clean, and well positioned close to amenities with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. There was enough parking for all guests. This hotel was the better one in the area having colleagues in others close by. I will certainly return

Spotless room lovely staff everything you need close by within walking distance shops restaurants pubs just be careful at night time I wouldn’t recommend going out alone

Noisy and very cold room. Some outside air condition unit was making noise between 5:30 to 22:10 every single day. Heating the room was a challenge with no chance to win.

Buffet

Very tired room, TV didnt work properly even after maintenance tried to fix it. Carpet stained, bathroom with lots of damage and generally very poor value for the money charged. Reception staff good. Hotel had LOTS of smashed glass and bottles outside and felt generally very iffy in terms of personal safety. Would not advise single females to use this hotel. It has clearly seen better days but I wont be using again.
