The only most disappointing hotel during my vacation in Europe this time. The location is hard to find and many local people don't know. They only know Ibis budget which is close to the airport. The location is behind the local television station, but the access is different. The receptionist didn't smile at all. When greeted, they answered, they weren't the ones who greeted the guests first, and when asked, they answered without knowing, even though the Ibis Hotel has international standards. We arrived in the morning at 10xx and asked for early check-in with an additional fee according to the terms, it couldn't be done. Had to wait until 14.00, even though the hotel was quite quiet. Either there were still guests or there was a special rule. The room with twin beds was very small. The room was cramped and it was difficult to spread out the suitcase. There were no drinking utensils such as glasses/cups for guests to drink. The class is below Ibis Budget with a more expensive price.
