This auto it’s very amazing and it’s very clean the staff in this hotel it’s very professional very good service and there was amazing their rooms it’s very clean and big and the restrooms. It’s also bigs and very clean. Everything has a new in this hotel.

This is a 4 Star hotel in Germany, but there are no Air condition in the rooms! We were 16 people and were very disappointed about this on a 4 Star hotel in Germany! Plus, since there are no Air condition in the room, we end up opening the windows and there were lots of noise from outside till 3AM in the morning due to people partying outside! This is very frustrating to see this in Germany! People are smoking right on the main entrance and don’t care that there are people walking into the hotel!

Beds are not good

I was charged extra fee of 8 euros per night despite off been a customer

Unfortunately our small room was unbearably hot and facing a very busy and noisy street. Our stay in previous years was more pleasant.

The hotel is in a nice part of the city. I enjoyed the choice of breakfast items and eating outside on the terrace. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly. There are renovations going on but not disruptive, noise wise. Just a little grumble about the foam chip pillow. The hotel was in walking distance of the downtown shopping area. There are also a choice of 3 buses from a stop just outside of the hotel. All 3 buses go to the main train station.

Toilet door not close properly, need to modernised and less choices for breakfast

Staff members was okay, hotel was abit run down, rooms was very hot, no air-conditioning or fan. Understand there is covid, unable to have coffee in bedroom just with a little milk.

overall an excellent stay good location

A very nice evening on a through-trip. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The under-hotel parking was amazing to keep the car cool in the heat wave.
