This was the 4th time staying at The Saga over the past 6 years. We love the updated lobby and bar. Slightly disappointed that there were a few shortcuts in the room - no lotion, dedicated bath wash or Kleenex. The breakfast, while adequate and delicious, was less abundant than before. This hotel cost more than others in the area that we stayed at that had the full and ample niceties. Hope this helps to encourage the hotel about these little things.

Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed the breakfast selections. Convenient location. Beautiful building and facility all around. Also access to fitness center is a plus.

I really enjoyed my stay at Saga Hotel Oslo. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very cozy. Breakfast was great with good variety, and the area felt quiet and peaceful, which made it easy to rest. Staff were friendly and the stay was smooth from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

The Saga Hotel is a hidden gem in Oslo. It’s within walking distance to the city, yet in a lovely, quiet area. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful. We felt safe and welcomed! It was so nice knowing we were going back to this lovely hotel after a day of sight seeing!!

A good hotel in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It is 3 streets from many trams that can take you to the center in 10 minutes good restaurants and stores are also in thus area

Lack of emergency information in the rooms eg reception contact Basic room facilities, tissues, extra toilet paper, milk in mini bar, more than one black tea sachet when two people can share the room. Brighter room lighting.

Strategically located along the main shopping / dining district / major transportation. Room was spacious and front desk was helpful & friendly. Breakfast was great too!

The size of the room is nice, allowing for resting in chairs after long walks. The front desk staff was helpful in terms of navigating the city as visitors. The hotel is in an excellent location. The one complaint is that there was significant mildew in the shower along the grout which was surprising to see.

Hotel was excellent and staff very friendly. Breakfast included which was nice and food was good. Hotel is about a 20/25 minute walk from the waterfront but it’s in a very nice area with shops/cafes close by. Only issue was the lack of air conditioning in the room. I know Oslo isn’t usually hot but it was 29 degrees when we were there. Also be nice if water was included in your room.

Breakfast was outstanding with so many delicious choices. We could walk to many attractions and also to the hop on hop on hop on bus.

Such a charming hotel in a beautiful walkable area. The building is meticulously maintained to preserve its beauty. Our room was just as in the picture and was a welcome respite to long days of sightseeing Loved all the thoughtful touches such as robes, slippers and even umbrella rentals in the lobby ! As other reviews states the breakfast was amazing ! Staff at the hotel are friendly and super helpful. Special mention to the Manager and also the young man at reception who gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our junior suite was large, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The highlight was the breakfast—absolutely delicious and plentiful, with a great variety to choose from. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
