Very friendly staff

Was great

The hotel was nice but you really need a car to get around, even just to get to Strasbourg itself

It was clean and modern. The staff was friendly. The bathroom did not have wash cloths or soap for the sink. Otherwise a perfect place as an airport hotel and only a 7 minute drive away.

When I arrived the main gate was locked. I tried to call them but no one answered

Over night stop from Italy to UK, hotel easy to find, close to motorway. The hotel needs updating & the breakfast was just OK. Wifi not great.The staff were great except for the waitress wearing a tatty old cardigan & unkempt hair which is unprofessional. Would I stay again????

Disappointed the restaraunt was closed even though it said when booking it was open

Hotel was good for a one night stay. Room was basic but clean. Stayed in the hotel for dinner which wasn't bad. Breakfast was extra but well worth paying for.

Simple but clean and comfortable

Établissement vieillissant, visiblement laissé à l’abandon. 15 minutes pour avoir la chambre alors que nous étions seuls à l’accueil, odeur dans les couloirs, odeur dans la chambre, fils de poussière au plafond, pas de prise pour charger une téléphone près du lit, robinetterie vétuste. Bref, nous avons dormi et avons fuit le lendemain matin…

dans la chambre, tout est là dans un espace resserré : lit, table, téléviseur, climatisation (efficace), armoire. salle de bain petite surtout la douche. personnel aimable tant à l'accueil, qu'à la restauration, qu'à l'entretien. excellent petit déjeuner. restauration sympathique le soir en semaine cuisinée à la demande. dans ma chambre, deux choses à changer : le pommeau de douche qui est ridicule, le matelas dont la mousse est tassée car tout le monde dort au même endroit. globalement bonne expérience.

La chambre etait propre

Personnel aimable. Bon rapport qualité prix. Parking disponible à la clientèle. Et hôtel Bien situé si vous êtes véhiculé

Séjour agréable chambre spacieuse et grande salle de bain malgré un soucis de communication lors de la réservation concernant les petits déjeuners inclus qui a été résolu rapidement et dernier petit déjeuner light car les agents de service malgré leur prévision n avais pas le temps d installer les produits qu ils étaient déjà tous pris .. Merci a la personne qui faisait les mises en place d être venu nous voir pour savoir si on avait réussi à manger quelque chose.

Todos os funcionários foram muito gentis, agradeço a hospitalidade. Bom café da manhã. Não recomendo apenas pelo hotel ser longe do centro e com pouca opção de transporte público. Pela descrição o hotel parecia ser mais perto da cidade….

All of the staff were great and friendly. Not any kinds of problems. Pretty good restaurant too. From the city center you can take a tram and then a bus or just a tram and walk. I have been here twice (2019 and 2023) and the place was good both times.
