nice hotel with great breakfast but rooms dated and in need of an upgrade

Only good review I have is the bed, as I needed a good night sleep. Everything else was very poor. Reception on arrival were slow miserable and not helpful with no enthusiasm. Expensive small glass aperitivo from the “bar” and we could not drink them as they tasted so bad. The glasses were still on the table a few hrs later. The food was awful.. rubbery and burnt. How can you serve thick rubbery veg and tough chicken with burnt chips at a 4*? as well as the staff with no enthusiasm. Max 2*

Came for F1 race, excellent place to stay due to closeness to the track. Great roof top pool!

My children and I had a really nice stay at Imola, the hotel has a great cafe next door and a laundromat that’s impeccable and modern. The neighborhood is quiet and really nice. The little cafe next door has people hanging out at 11pm.

The first day the a/c was off for an issue at the hotel. The second day the problem was solved and the hotel offered to pay for our 2 dinners because of the inconvenience. Potential deal breaker situation Brilliantly solved. Thanks

Clean and functional, great coffee downstairs but none in the rooms.

Excellent stay, the hotel was nicer than expected. Staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend it for Imola.

Just a short drive from the F1 track, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. All this made for an enjoyable quick stop on our road trip. The highlight was the pizza and best pasta ever (chef’s special) that we enjoyed in the hotel restaurant.

Hotel was very clean and observing Covid rules. Reception staff were particularly helpful printing forms for us. Secure garage parking was appreciated. Dinner was very tasty.

The hotel has plenty of parking and we were among the crowd in town for a track day at Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari. The entrance area is a little run down and needs new carpet, but the check in was quick and easy and the bar is nice. The hotel restaurant is average and I wish I had ordered something other than the Griliata Mista Di Carne. The breakfast was good and offered a good variety with quality food, but the room is a little small. Supposedly there is another breakfast area on the ground floor. The view from the 10th floor breakfast room was nice. The room was really spacious and included a king sized bed. It was a little hot for me, so we had to sleep with the window open, which meant we had to listen to people yelling and the 3 AM sport bike racing through the city. You have no control over the temperature. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Disappointed with the room which was dated. The hotel was a mish mash of decoration and had an unpleasant smell. There was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast room was full and there was only one hot drinks machine, with a queue of eople waiting to get a drink. Someone brought a dog into the breakfast room which kept jumping up people. There was a rude waitress who would not let me fill the teapot up with hot water, despite teapots being provided. She waved her hands at me and shooed me away!!! Spaces in the garage too small, people parking across two bays.

one night start away. nice hotel, 15 mins from train station, restaurant inside. fantastic spa. friendly & helpful staff

There was a small cockroach in the room. Shower is bad.

I suspect there are Bolivian prison cells with more charm and character than the room at Donattello. Hotel location not great. Hotel management totally inflexible. Don't care about the guest when the booking is pre-paid.

Nice hotel but not close to centre.Outdoor pool is 3 miles away which is not made clear

I wasn’t expecting jacuzzi in a room! That was excellent!!
