The hotel itself was great. My issue is with Expedia. It should explicitly say that the hotel charges a supplemental cost ($20) for a couple in a room. It was annoying to discover as you arrive and check in.

All round excellent experience. The rooms were big, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Lots of restaurants around and the restaurant below is exceptional!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. Spacious for the little one to explore around a bit. If in need of a crib being crib sheets. The crib is the folding playpen with basic mat only. Parking is on another street though behind the hotel there is an area to disembark for a few min and check into the hotel. Distance from Frontenac and nearby sight-seeing is a 23-28min walk depending on time of day. A light travel and foldable stroller is strongly advised.

Our room was modern and spacious. Thw cleaning of the room was so-so.

Overall nice hotel and well located

The bed linen was dirty and had blood stains on them. It was a huge disappointment after a long and tiring trip...would like to see some major improvements.

Lot of noise because of construction

Everything was good but microwave was in the basement I think it should be in the room and the secybed was sofa vum bed there should be two queen beds

Room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly. It’s not right in Old Quebec but not a far walk or Uber ride.

Very nice newly renovated room with nice small touches. Very quiet and comfortable. In a great location to access the local entertainment.

My room was not serviced (someone dropped towels - but room was not cleaned after my first night stay). Little effort by front desk staff when I was calling and asking about possible options for early check in, even around 15:30 when standard check in was advertised for 16:00 (so 30 mins before check in - it still took a lot of questions on my part to get the staff to finally answered that their was a room ready). Overall a nice hotel !
