Is was ok but was in room 702 and AC is was not working since Tuesday and also the tv too old services excellent especial the lady clean my room super nice

Even though nice building furniture, tv amenities(non smart tv or ways to use streaming apps), old towels and early high noise due motorcycles as building is closest to a highway.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! It's a shame that the pillows are terribly hard and unsuitable for a good rest.

Good hotel but unfortunately the pillows are very hard (RÍGID) and we CANNOT SLEEP WELL. We asked for a change of pillows at reception and they sent us some small ones but equally firm.

Good service and great location.

If you like cheap hot sheets (not cotton) super hard beds, and pillows that are filled with cheap fillers that make you hot. This is the place for you. The hotel is nice but old, rooms have no USB outlets. Had issues from check in with them not giving me the room I paid for though Expedia. Got stuck with a second night when Expedia did nothing to help me cancel my second night when the hotel did offer to but said Expedia has to do it on there side. Two nights of no sleep. Thanks to the bed and sheets and Expedia.

Close to rhe big mall

When we arrived, the first room they sent us to had not been cleaned and the beds were a mess. On Xmas Eve, came back to the hotel looking forward to a rest but they’re hired out the atrium for an incredibly loud party. Awful music blaring out so loud that it sounded like it was playing in our room 5 floors up. When we, and other hotel guests complained, we were just told it finished at 2 (although it was so loud they had to repeat that a couple of times before I heard). Therefore, couldn’t rest until music stopped just before 2. Hotel has definitely seen better days. Some areas are well maintained but if you’re 6ft like me, you’ll spot areas that haven’t been dusted for years. Breakfast buffet was great though and staff there were good. Plus the hotel wasn’t too pricey and the pedestrian bridge to Perisur shopping mall is very useful.

Front desk personnel have excellent rapport with people, the Bell boy Capitain was awesome. The restaurant has good selection of food but the quality can be improved a bit. Good for a quick bite or if you come in hungry and in a rush. Rooms are clean and have the essential to rest comfortably and more. I will recommend it! Kudos!
