Clean room, welcoming front desk staff and comfortable suite. My only disappointment was realizing that room 516 didn’t have a sofa bed in addition to the 2 queen beds despite being described this way on the website. We ended up having a roll away bed brought to the room.

The room was amazing. The service in the restaurant was ok. After our dinner plates were removed, we weren’t asked if we wanted any dessert or after dinner drinks we were just handed the bill. It actually felt like the waiter wanted to leave.

This was our third time staying here and we love everything about it. The pool, hot tub and steam room are more than you would expect from a hotel. Will be back the next time we're in Montreal

This hotel is absolutely stunning! The location was perfect and picturesque. I sat by the water at sunset to enjoy some peace and quiet, gorgeous setting! I ordered room service which was fantastic and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would love to visit Montreal again just to stay here!

Enjoyed staying a night at this hotel

The room was clean, and the pools were nice — one heated and one regular, which was a good touch. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. Mohammed and Saanch were excellent, but Cathie and the rest of the staff came across as quite rude. There was no breakfast offered, and overall, the stay didn’t feel like a 5-star experience. I’d rate it closer to a 3-star.

Breakfast wasn’t free but delicious choices and good prices with a seat looking out at the lake. Exercise room was adequate, and I enjoyed the «  sauna » which is really a steam room. My family enjoyed having 2 king beds. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room service menu very limited, would be great if we could order restaurant menu meals for room service. Sauna was a little tired. But all-in-all, great experience. Sandro provided excellent service, way beyond normal. Much appreciated. Even though there were 2 weddings sound isolation was very good. Would definitely go back again. Had a wonderful relaxing weekend. Thank you.

Beautiful accommodation, excellent service, delicious dinner. We were given an upgrade and we loved it. So much space in the room. We will definitely be back.

No wiggle room for anything: charge you left and right without letting you know so small little things.
