Clean room, friendly staff

When we arrived we book a 3 day stay and they only had us booked for 2 days. Then we had the elevators not working and numerous problems with our cards, not letting us indoors and staff getting really rude with us about the cards, not working like it was our problem.

The property, lobby, breakfast room, were clean. But one of the bedss in our suit had a dirty pillow case on. The pull out couch was dirty with old potato chips on the mattress. Also, i didn't appreciate being charged extra for parking just because i used expedia to book the room. Besides that, everything else was fine

The gym had enough equipment to allow a complete workout

Rooms were decently cleaned - they need a wipe down of high touch points in the room. Beds were comfortable, space in rooms was excellent.

Good location down town.

Amazing location, right in the middle of everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pretty rude and uninviting. On our second day there, our ceiling started leaking yellow-ish water and a huge water stain began spreading across the middle of our room. It was growing rapidly yet staff did not want to move us because they would be "upgrading us too much." They did end up moving us but they had not concern toward our time and we ended up without a room for around 3-4 hours so we had to haul our luggage around with us.

Good hotel for basic stay, kitchenette was nice, breakfast is ok, basic waffles, toast, cereal, eggs etc. Great location. Parking is expensive. Staff is very good, helpful and accommodating.

Area is great to walk for coffee, restaurants and some shopping.

We loved the place, it was close to everything. The hotel room that we chose came with a mini Kitchen, you can use the laundry room there. But the best thing about this is the staff and how the treated us, we will definitely go back :)

Lots of things nearby, short stay but my room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Heater fan was too loud. It kept waking me up. Had a hard time sleeping when it was on. And it was blowing right at the bed.

Walk with your own toothpaste and the room was cold dont know why the air condition was not working well

Clean and inexpensive.

The rooms were clean, and the beds were pretty comfy. The staff was great, they're all very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again, you kinda get what you pay for it's great value and an even better location. The free breakfast is also a bonus!
