The Hotel was lovely, the parking was convenient, but pricey.

This location is MUCH nicer than the Radisson RED down the street,I stayed there a few weeks ago and the difference is night and day.This location is clean, well kept and great staff,definetly a nice short stay hotel

Likes: Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Very nicely-appointed lobby and hallways. Quiet overnight stay. Dislikes: One lift was out-of-service, leaving the one remaining lift to service the entire building, resulting in interminable waits. Room furnishings were clean, but somewhat dated and tired-looking. Ridiculously-expensive hotel restaurant, with no affordable dining options.

Wasn’t the experience we expected ….. didn’t have our premium room available when we checked it. They did upgrade us to a suite but we had to then wait for someone to bring a small bed ( for quite a large adult ), and then the linen, which we had to make up. Whole place is a bit run down and shabby.

I have stayed at a number of hotels all over the world for work and found Radisson Blu to be a step above the rest! Incredible staff, immaculately clean and a beautiful room! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

The bathtub did not frain well and ot became extremely slippery. This is an accident waiting to happen. Otherwise pretty good service all around, friendly and pite staff.

Very friendly and efficient

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and the agent who checked us in was friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean and tidy despite the masses of guests, which is always a good sign!! The room was comfortable and the pillows heavenly!!!

Property is very old and dirty rooms with disgusting curtains and furniture. Bathrooms are sooo small. Air conditioning was not working in 2 rooms.

Very well appointed, as youd expect from Raddison. Comfortable and remarkably quiet, considering the locality. Busses run to the airport, an uber is pretty cheap though and can be arranged at reception. The is a bar and restaurant, gym too. Steak is great (not cheap but it is London after all)

Reception were really good and as I am unable to walk far without asking they upgraded me to a ground floor room which is convenient for dining and the bar

When we checked in the que was massive and only two staff working! On check in we were advised the lifts were broken we were on the 4th floor we had to walk 10min and up 4 flights of stairs! No clear direction to where we were going! The hotel is old it’s stuck in the 80s it’s miserable and vile

Room was okay unfortunately it was on a corner and was noisy, doors slamming and people making noise up until 5:00am

Was disappointed by a few things - 1) I booked a room with breakfast and was told at check in and then even at the breakfast staff that I wasn’t allowed breakfast even though I had already payed for it. Sort out your booking system needs updating if you can actually see what your customer have and have not paid for…felt very dismissed and frustrated that not only it happened at check in. It again at breakfast service. Staff were not very kind, quite rude and disregarding and the hotel looks tired. Rooms especially need some TLC.

Wondeful property with quick and convenient links to all terminals at Heathrow. The room was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had been traveling all week. When we arrived in the Uber. We were greated by Allen(or Alan). He was so caring and helpful. A big asset to your team. I looked shaky and offered me water and then Wheelchair assistance. The comfort factor was amazing. The best Heathrow Hotel I have stayed at. Again Allen was helpful with transportation needs. Give the guy a raise He is Awesome
