Hotel advertised a restaurant, but on arrival it was closed, as it apparently is every week from Friday evening, through the entire weekend. A significant issue! Room was basic but pleasant. Bathroom and toilet facilities were very tired, shower leaked, ceiling had seen better days and short on hot water.

Perfect location. We got married nearby and most of our friends and family stayed at the hotel. Staff were incredibly accomodating. Great location to explore Hyères. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet. No complaints whatsoever and would stay again!

The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say

Service is good and room was clean. Sadly rooms are pretty small and the AC didn't really work so had to have window constantly open. Staff indifferent about the situation. Pool and bar area nice.

Unfortunately, we are a flight crew and was hoping to get 4-5 hrs of crew rest before continuing our trip….. there is construction going on !!!! We were unaware of this until we climbed into bed and the saws and drill started! Hotel should have alerted us prior to checking in !!

The room was tiny. There were no toiletries. Staff at the reception was very friendly and efficient. Wifi was good. Breakfast was adequate.

Chambre correct, salle de bain pas digne d'un mercure et pas très propre. Accueil très peu chaleureux, heureusement que le personnel au bar à plus le sourire. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Trés bon location pour un séjour à Hyéres, 10mins à pied de la gare et pas loin de la vieux ville. Chambre propre et spacieux.

Moisissures des joints de la baignoire, baignoire ébréchée, tarte degueux dans les toilettes.
