Room was clean. Gym was great!

This was a birthday getaway that didn't disappoint. My room, incredible. Comfortably of the bed, incredible. Helpfulness of the staff, incredible. Decor of the establishment, incredible. I would be overjoyed to return. Had a fantastic time and stay.

Check-in: nothing was explained, had to ask where restaurant was, hours for pool etc Room: super hot when I arrived around 8:30pm, in the morning I discovered I had no shower curtain, only three sugars and one creamer in the coffee tray (and a torn open empty pack sitting in it) but maintenance was fast to fix…tv very small, bed big and comfy, lots of pillows Hotel restaurant is only open until 3pm, only has sparkling wine and fruit drinks…no evening lounge if looking to chill after a busy day and nothing super close…food in restaurant was delicious tho! Pool was great!

I booked a room with a kitchen since I knew I would be having to cook. They had no dish soap, no pans, and no anything. When I requested for a pan they said they didn’t have any. It was so annoying. Honestly I would never book again.

Bon emplacement, divers services de bien être offerts sauf que la piscine ouvre seulement à 9:00 du matin. Ça aurait été mieux de l’ouvrir plus tot!

Très bien. Stationnement facile. Accueil très rapide. Il faudrait juste améliorer l’odeur sur les étages. Je vais y revenir c’est certain.

The staff were helpful in getting me the extra night that I needed. Matthew in particular went the extra mile (or kilometer since we were in Canada?) to help us out!

My partner and I stayed for two nights this time, so I didn’t request room cleaning. However, we used the coffee pods and asked for a refill. I was told there would be a $1.50 charge. What felt a bit strange was that if I had requested room cleaning, the coffee pods would have been replenished at no extra cost. Since I was trying to be environmentally conscious and avoid unnecessary room cleaning, I ended up being charged for the pods instead. In the end, when I checked out, the staff didn’t charge me, but the whole situation left me feeling a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Ben and Florentine’s on site was very handy! Sauna and gym very useful! Staff was very responsive to my needs.
