Adequate hotel. Room is medium sized by France standards. Good air conditioning. Convenient location to the train station and other public transportation

Not a 3 star hotel. There is just no way. More like a 1 star hotel. Disgusting place. Spilled drink everywhere, even the ceiling!?! The carpet is terribly stained. There was mold on the hair dryer?!? The pictures are not representative of the state in which the rooms are actually. Pictures shows a brand new hotel, not a run down and filthy hotel.

This is a typical Ibis right next to Orléans station and close to the historic area. It's everything you need and nothing fancy but clean and well located. Here is the ridiculous part. There are 4 rooms where your room key will not allow you to access the lift security. Mine was one of these. I found out after checked in and tried to get back in the lift. The man behind the desk then said I have to approach the desk every time I need to use the lift. Not acceptable. His response was rude and unhelpful. Beware the bald man with glasses.

Good location very close to centre.Surprisingly quiet as it is next to the station. Staff helpful .Room adequate.

Convenient downtown.

Nice shower and bathroom. Mattress is a bit thin but slept well. Very nice staff.

Travelled by train and hotel location perfect as two minutes from station, check in quick, room pleasant and clean, would definitely stay again

A nice hotel in a great location for visiting the city centre. There is a car park as well as garaging for motorcycles, both were €8/night which is reasonable for the location.

Clean, comfortable, conveniently located to the train station (across the street) and the sights of Orleans. We like to stay at Ibis hotels because we usually know what to expect and can count on what the place will look like and offer. The rooms are small, spartan but efficient and completely suited to our needs since we only slept there.

Location is fantastic. Sraff are very kind. Food is great. So our family are very happy

Very convenient to have on-premise parking. However, the surrounding area was not so great and there was limited food service in the hotel so we had to compromise on our dinner options. Otherwise, service was brilliant and the bed -- like in all other Ibis locations -- was incredibly comfortable.

I asked for invoice and did'nt receive it, please send me invoice as soon as possible in Euro.

Front counter service was so friendly and great! Despite our language barriers, the whole experience was nothing short of excellent!
