Hotel facilities - pool, sauna and hot tub were great. Room was not cleaned after first night stay and staff were unable to clear old phone message from phone. Did not have instructions or anyway to find same.

Rude staff at the front desk dated hotel dated room rooms, dirty room paid $50 plus tax to have my 4lb dog be there and I wouldn’t even put her on the carpet that’s how gross the place was

Went for work, I’m maybe too picky, the outside had garbage laying around up the steps, I get the feeling it’s needing a upgrade, the windows you could barely see out of them in the room, the pool was nice and the workout room, breakfast, ok. If you’re into reasonable, ok. I like to treat my stay as a work and holiday stay, so was looking for a little more than closing my eyes and putting my head on a pillow. Was reasonable priced. Nice and close to town.

Room was just average. Nice bed. Couch is warn out. Bathroom needs updated. Towels need to be replaced. Permanently stained.

Clean, friendly staff, breakfast was nice, they had a variety foods to choose from, unique & pleasant design to the atmosphere.

Really liked the place. Breakfast was served fresh and had many options to choose from. Free parking. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and the hot tub was great. Only suggestion I have is to keep some fresh fruit option in the breakfast which kids like a lot.

The breakfast was excellent. They had a number of options including sausage, pancakes and make your own waffles. It was a very good buffet breakfast.

Staff very friendly, pool/hot tub/ sauna amazing! Water warm and the vibe was beautiful. Free breakfast was great! Property a little worn and ourdated but the amenities totally made up for it. Loved my stay kids would be very happy here!

So many difficulties at check-in, had to cancel and re process them like 3 times m, had kids who got impatient, was over charged, then had to call Expedia to sort that out. No tissues in the room, our key cards stopped working 3 times and then clearly was locked out of room, once with the dogs and the kids early in the morning in our jammies, the other time was wet from the pool with kids who had to Pooh, and then another time we had our conpeltle hands full trying to leave with food and everything sorry it was a bit annoying.

Unfortunately there was still food in the mini fridge from the last people. Which grossed me out and questioned the cleanliness of the place. The bathroom had a massive crack in the counter near the sink. Staff were nice for check in/check out. The pool was super clean and beautiful! Breakfast was very yummy, many options! Lots of parking space, but a lot of potholes- needs more light at the front. Location is overall central to everything. Chucks and Kelsey’s across the street. Lili’s Italian and Nare Japanese Restaurants were less than 10 mins away (both highly recommended)!

Staff isn't helpfull when asking directions to bathrooms and or rooms inside the hotel. Wallpaper falling down in the hallways and in the rooms bathroom doors get stuck hard to open and close. Been there 2 times both time hot tub closed. No notice, no heads up no apologies no compensation. The whole reason we stay is for the pool and the hottub for our special needs daughter

Second time staying here. Requires some TLC bathroom door needs paint, paint chips on most doors. Rooms a little tired. Electrical services covered over with metal plates. One fire door does not close automatically. Rooms are definitely not soundproof as we had staff carrying on a loud conversation outside our door but did not include us in their dialogue. Glad we were up as this was about 8:20 AM. That being said we would return. Room was clean , bed although a little soft was comfortable. Bathroom clean,but you couldn't fully open the door as someone in their infinite wisdom installed a curved shower rod which prevented that! Fluffy towels that actually dried. Tub was a little slippery. Hot tub and pool were ideal to ease aching muscles. Breakfast buffet in the Atrium was decent with hot selections. Something for everyone. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Overall a pleasant stay for 2 nights at a reasonable cost.
