I couldn't get the air con to work and I couldn't get mobile reception in the reception area. It was alright; the bed was comfy and the staff were pleasant.

Was given an accessible room so very low small sink, no shelf for products/my stuff, not the shower facilities I would normally want to have with a kind of wet room with curtain. Also had an adjoining room and the door between let a lot of noise through which wasn't great when they got up shortly after 5am and put loud rock music on as they were getting ready

Everyone was excellent. I would stay here again.

STILL NO STELLA GLASSES ! I mentioned it to them 4 weeks ago, and still no Stella glasses. How hard can it be for a HILTON hotel to get some proper glasses in ? I am back next week, please get some .

I had a beautiful stay at the London Croydon Hilton . The place was exceptional and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome. Well worth the money for the quality stay.

Room was very clean, safe very polite, only down fall was that spa had to be booked in advance for an additional cost, so I didn't get a chance to use it, and it wasn't mentioned at check
