Wir wollten ein paar ruhige Tage in den Niederlanden machen, dazu war das Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Ruhige Lage, nah am Strand mit einigen Strandbars für den Abend, ausreichend Parkplätze, auch unser E-Auto konnten wir dort aufladen. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer im dritten Stock, Balkon mit gemütlichen Sesseln, moderne Einrichtung, schönes Bad, alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Personal nett. Von IJmuiden aus kann man gut Ausflüge nach Amsterdam, Haarlem oder Alkmaar machen. Ijmuiden selbst hat nichts touristisches zu bieten.

Rooms were clean m, staff were very welcoming and helpful. The view of the harbour was beautiful, real calm peaceful area. With friendly locals. Will be back

I checked out early and was promised a refund on the unused nights. as hotels.com agreed to chase this. I have heard nothing.

Price of breakfast was unreasonable however charged a more reasonable price when challenged

Great location for the Dutch Grand Prix. Place was tranquil and quite and well connected with publuc transport. The rooms are dated, service and front desk very good. Nice and tasty breakfast.

Would not recommend - staff lazy. Kind of dirty everywhere. Boring breakfast.

Lovely location for summer. Fabulous buffet breakfast. And the restaurant staff were a treat.

Det var virkelig et hyggeligt sted. Da det er tæt på stranden er det en del sand på værelset. Men god service og staff.

Great views. Close to the beach. Across the jetty from the Cruise terminal. Good hotel. We would stay there again.

The Hotel Leonardo Hotel IJmuiden Seaport Beach was a bit out of the way unless you are leaving from the cruise port. That being said, the staff were all wonderful and accommodating, easy to work with and always with a smile. The waiters and the dining room Manager were friendly and easy to speak to. Everyone was very informed about the area and options available, unfortunately unless you rent a car, there were not many. We only stayed one night, before our cruise departure so we had a lovely relaxing night on the patio overlooking the boat harbor. Our rooms were clean, spacious and well stocked. The walls are thick enough, you cannot hear the neighbors and the included breakfast was wonderful and fresh. We would stay there again any time our cruise leaves from that port.

This was a great stay with family. They had a big kiss playroom with games and toys when it was raining, they let us book a private family session in the sauna which was great and the breakfast was lovely. The staff were very friendly. Thank you!
