The location is incredible for someone traveling by train. It was a perfect stop to break up my trip South! It’s a great value for the money. Clean, friendly staff, breakfast. All great!

This property was very expensive and not great value for money, my room was extremely noisy and when I told the hotel staff they didn’t take any notice, really disappointed with the facilities for the price I paid.

Couldn’t get in. No one on duty when I was there,

very nice staff, well organised. On the other hand, the building, was terrible - tiny room, bathroom so small, couldn't even close the door. Loo so high off the ground, you needed to be 2 metres minimum to use it. Breakfast tasted of plastic.

Functional but not the best facilities as is out of town. Next to rail and Road so not quiet. Breakfast was OK if you like continental.

Typical IBIS hotel. Bed and shower - all you really need, and more than adequate breakfast buffet. Good location near to quality restaurants and walking along the Seine. Friendly, helpful staff.

Reception guy was a bit bored but managed to help us with what we wanted. The next morning while checking out I didn't notice that he had charged us for an "evening meal" until we were on our way to play golf so we went back later that day and the lady who was on reception duties could not have been more helpful and apologetic. Returned the money with no inquisition. Room was clean and airy but quite warm. No air conditioning.

There was some bad and good points. The air conditioning was not working in some of the rooms. It was very hot and difficult to sleep. In the bathroom of one room, the flushing board of the toilets was coming out of the wall. Jean Claude (at the reception) and the lady (I do not remember her name) were very nice, pleasant and helpful. The third receptionist I dealt with at night was a bit disrespectful and thought it was alright to call in my room at 23:30 to make a comment (completely erroneous, by the way). The hotel is well located. 2 minutes walk from the RER station, 8 minutes walk from the shops.

This was an OK hotel. If you are only staying for a night or 2. The breakfast was not worth the money. Signs that the stair way was not in use were only in French so non native speakers had no idea. The hotel offered very little service such as maps of the local area or advice. Walls are thin so its quite noisy.
