Rooms are very basic. Staff were friendly but not enough staff at the hotel to help sort issues - especially at the weekends. Air Conditioning failed and was told there was no technical support available to fix it. All the power went off on our floor - twice. Air Conditioning system was very poor when it was working and didn't cool the room down. Need to have a better breakfast selection. Rooms need a safe in them.

All the staff we had interactions with were very polite and helpful. Our room we found a lack of hanging areas and only 4 hangers. Overall lack of storage. The shower was powerful but it wouldn't stay up and and always fell to the bottom which was a little annoying. We had a wet room and we had to use one of the towels as a water stop otherwise the entire floor would get wet. The bed wasn't that comfortable. The pillows were very soft and gave no support. The room was a good size as we had the disabled one, which was fine. The breakfast was pretty basic. As the weather was so hot we had to spend more time there than expected. The air con broke a few times during our stay of 3 nights. Overall wasn't overly impressed.

The areas was really good where it's located really close of Poissy train station. Very nice staff and clean property. The breakfast was just an okay for me, nothing crazy.

The location is incredible for someone traveling by train. It was a perfect stop to break up my trip South! It’s a great value for the money. Clean, friendly staff, breakfast. All great!

This property was very expensive and not great value for money, my room was extremely noisy and when I told the hotel staff they didn’t take any notice, really disappointed with the facilities for the price I paid.

Couldn’t get in. No one on duty when I was there,

very nice staff, well organised. On the other hand, the building, was terrible - tiny room, bathroom so small, couldn't even close the door. Loo so high off the ground, you needed to be 2 metres minimum to use it. Breakfast tasted of plastic.

Typical IBIS hotel. Bed and shower - all you really need, and more than adequate breakfast buffet. Good location near to quality restaurants and walking along the Seine. Friendly, helpful staff.

Reception guy was a bit bored but managed to help us with what we wanted. The next morning while checking out I didn't notice that he had charged us for an "evening meal" until we were on our way to play golf so we went back later that day and the lady who was on reception duties could not have been more helpful and apologetic. Returned the money with no inquisition. Room was clean and airy but quite warm. No air conditioning.
