There is no elevator in this building

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Updated vendor machines that take cards instead of cash would be helpful.

Basic motel with clean comfortable room. Looks as if it has been recently upgraded. Goos location if visiting Toronto east Lake Ontario shore. Included breakfast was basic but sufficient to start a day.

Budget friendly price and a clean room with a comfy bed. Coffee in the room which is important to me. Breakfast was typical and what you'd expect, had a waffle maker. I would stay there again if in the area.

It was the opened window. Thats why the air conditioning is not working. Kindly tell who cleans and before accommodate the customer, that the windows are closed.

Our bathtub was blocked…upon gre

They over charged my visa for CAD $365.36 while the actual receipt issued to me shows CAD $176.55. I have reached out to them and yet even after a week they don't correct the overcharging.

Hotel staff was great..Especially the maids...Everything in the hotel great...This is now my new home...Thanks

accommodated our group.. we had a wheel chair individual .. they put us on the main floor.. very greatful

The pictures on the website are very OUTDATED! There pool and hot tub are gone, but still in the pictures of the hotel. The rooms are NOT like the ones in the pictures. The bathroom wall had paint peeling off them, the tub faucet almost came out of the wall when I turned the shower on, the toilet seat was not the correct one, the tub had stains and what looked like mold. The beds were somewhat comfortable. As for the free continental breakfast - toast, cereal and waffles.....nothing else....and way to small of an area for the guests. I have stayed at hotels with the name Wyndham attached and this hotel should remove the name Wyndham. . Three story hotel without an elevator - I am a handicap Military Veteran - staying on the second floor was not a problem.....just took a few extra minutes going up and down the stairs on crutches. The only good thing about my stay there is the staff were very friendly

No. Not again. Wall switches that didn’t work. Table and desk but no chairs. Disgusting stain on the couch. Huge gap under the door to the outside that rain and snow blew in. No elevator and on the second floor and had to go outside to get to lobby. Card stopped working every single day. Doors slammed stuck every time it was opened. Wifi was so weak to not really work. No pool. No fitness room. Breakfast had no protein, no muffins. Coffee was okay. Toilet made a horrible noice after flushing.

There is no drinking water. Staff are not polite , breakfast is not well

it does not look same like photos shared on Expedia. Wyndham is not written anywhere. it is just a MOTEL.
