$200 bond fee charged to my room for one night which will not be refunded for five working days!! For this reason I will not be staying there again!! Dreadful

Great room size.

It was amazing. The service received was exceptional, especially when I forgot some items in the room fridge, which I only realised once I left the property. The concierge I spoke to was kind enough to go to the room for me and get my items. They were safely returned!

Excellent Hotel & Staff in a central location

Staff were great, rooms spacious and well set out, restaurant downstairs was incredible

The hotel's convenient location and the spacious, clean deluxe room were positive aspects of our stay. However, the restaurant's breakfast and dinner offerings did not meet our expectations. We would consider a return visit, but would explore alternative dining options in the area.

The hotel is located in the CBD area and I can easily get around conveniently. Save me a lot of time and travelling cost

The pool was great and open from 5am to 11pm. Loved that. The room was very clean and well appointed. The bathroom was large, with a separate bath. The location was quite central.

We loved it but our view was not very nice. Staff were amazing and the room was lovely
