I loved the gym and pool.

Excellent staff!

Very big room and comfortable with a great shower. Elevator was amusing - operated by a "sloth" (ie, it was very slow). Breakfast was great, with fabulous staff. Options for food was very limited - a bit expensive in the hotel and not much nearby.

Breakfast for us was not free. But saying that it was excellant. So much so we had a few evening meals there as well. Service was friendly and attentive. Every ony frow reception staff, waiters/waitresses and cleaners were all very curtious and helpful.

Comfortable clean room, staff was friendly, wonderful breakfast.

Staff were lovely, room was clean and welcoming. Parking was good. Interior of the hotel is very dated in places

Thourghly enjoyed my visit. Would loved to have access to real coffee (not instant) in room or lobby

Trash trash trash had flies in my rom and power don’t work. Had a dumpster in front of my door

Josephine and Maggie are delightful.

Lovely building and atmosphere. The dinner was disappointing and I couldn’t get room service nor was there a phone in the room to try and order same - so the food situation was disappointing. Lovely staff and handy location.

Spacious clean rooms in a beautiful setting.

Restaurant and bar on site. Really unique place! It's quite loud though, especially in the middle of the night for some reason? Not sure if there's work going on in the area, but we were woken up between midnight and 3am each night due to loud banging outside the window. Otherwise, it was a beautiful place.

Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful huge room. Modern bathroom, comfy bed and really lovely grounds and cute village. Walkable to village and trail along the River Shannon.

This is a great place to be. Nice walks along the river and nice grounds. The staff was great and Josephine was charming. All good. We stayed here because we were flying out from Shannon the next day. The half hour drive to Shannon was easy (in the morning). We chose well.

The staff was very helpful in answering our questions and always responsive. We appreciated that they took the time to get to know us by name and even let us check in early. We highly recommend staying in this lovely hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived after a long day of driving, right as the kitchen was shutting down. They graciously fed us anyway, which was a lifesaver! The grounds are serene and good for a morning or evening stroll. The fitness center was nice too.

The staff were always very accommodating especially Maggie and Josephine who are sisters and are always making the stay at the hotel very comfortable
