Everything, friendly staff , clean and well presented rooms, thoroughly recommend this hotel in a fabulous location

Nice hotel in the centre of Montauban. The description around restaurant and on site parking / EV charging needs updated/ corrected though. The restaurant apparently is closed at weekends and there is a paid parking with EV charging nearby but no onsite parking or EV charging. This inaccuracy caused us quite a bit of confusion and difficulties at the end of a long journey, not helped by the receptionist being unaware of the EV charging situation. Despite these inconveniences I would still recommend this hotel.

This is a very good hotel--comfortable room, lovely dining room with a glass top like a conservatory. I had two different dinners and both were excellent. All of the staff were very helpful and accomodating. it is very well located, and within easy walking distance from the Place Nationale downtown area. I recommend it highly.

my stay at Mercure was great. Very comfortable and right in the center of town.

Close to the main shopping area and good acess to parking

Unfortunately here during a holiday, Montauban was pretty quiet even though here is a large walking only city center. Hotel is pretty nice, however. Rooms were large and ours at least was interior and dry quiet. Huge bed, would recommend.

Great location, very convenient for all local sights, restaurants and shops. Friendly and efficient service. Room was large by French standards and clean enough. Very handy as a one night stop over on route to the coast.

A flying business, I really only used the hotel to sleep in for a few hours, and it served its purpose well.

Le site hotels.com cultive l'ambiguïté sur le parking des hotels, laissant penser que l'hotel a un parking ET qu'il y a également un parking payant à proximité, or, cela fait trois fois pour differentes réservations qu'il est indiqué qu'il y a un parking disponible a l'hôtel et que ce n'est pas le cas.

Dans l'ensemble tout s'est bien passé, l'accueil a été impeccable, prévu pour être reçu à 14h, de façon exceptionnelle, la chambre a été mise à notre disposition à 12h. Nous avons apprécié. Sauf que à cause de la canicule, il faisait chaud dans la chambre.

Problème de climatisation avec les grosses chaleurs

Tout est très bien. Il n'y a pas de parking à l'hotel. Dommage qu'il n'y a pas d'accord de forfait avec le parking presque en face.
