The service was friendly, kind, proactive, excellent all around in all outlets! The food was amazing, bfast lunch or dinner, they put their hearts and quality of products into every meal. Bravo and thank you to the wait staff, front desk, maitre d’s, management, for making our stay so very enjoyable!

The staff was absolutely incredible - Linda, Andrea, Augustus, just to name a few - so so unbelievably kind, loyal and amazing.

Hotel was beautiful and in the perfect location, right near city center. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The included breakfast included eggs & bacon which was a pleasant surprise - all food was as very tasty. Only complaint was that the air conditioning in the room wouldn’t go below 24° and was unable to be fixed leaving us quite uncomfortable when sleeping. Overall, it was a lovely experience and I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Capri.

The location was very central to Capri and the main Piazza. You can't access the hotel directly by car as it it is in the area shut off to vehicles. All hotels and restaurants near the main capri piazza is in the same situation. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and looked recently updated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Beautiful property and a wonderful stay! We were surprised by a free room upgrade at check-in and had beautiful views of the Faraglioni rocks from our balcony. Complimentary breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the customer service was outstanding.

Enjoyed staying at La Residenza. Breakfast amazing and plentiful. Rooms modern and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. I was difficult getting from the Marina to the hotel without help (service offered but very pricey -- and must be the market rate).

Absolutely stunning hotel. Pool, lobby, room.. all of it. We got upgraded because it was our honeymoon which was so sweet of the hotel staff! Location is literally in the middle of everything. walkable to all the restaurants and shopping. Would def return.

Great position , lovely hotel, but they are very skimpy on the free breakfast choice, and also tight on free drinks in room.

The location is really good for being in the main area of restaurants and hotels. The hotel is easily walkable from the funicular that you can get at the main port (Marina Grande). The lobby and breakfast area is nice and modern with lots of space, and the staff are all very nice. The room decor was quite pleasant and everything was clean and well organised.

This property is a gem friend m accommodations to service - from the moment we checked in we were treated with open arms and humble love: a special note to Fabio, Vincenzo and Angelo - unfortunately I did not get the names of the cleaning crew or the bell hop who brought our luggage to our room; each are a gem - always smiling and always available to make your stay more magical - congratulations to La Residenza management- u really are a 5 star resort (and most of all Humble) which distinguishes you amongst the rest - ⭐️☀️🙌🎉❤️

This hotel was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed in, amazing location in the heart of Capri, super clean and beautiful facility, very spacious rooms(we had a junior suite) great breakfast which is not buffet, but like a restaurant you sit and order what you want, amazing view of the ocean as well, also the staff are super helpful , specially Guiseppe who helped me with a suprise birthday with my wife, they give you great recommendation, and treat you like family, you will definitely love your stay here. We couldnt be happier.

Horrible hotel and service and dirty and outdated , rip off! Not as what is advertised, terrible staff and service apart from small and outdated rooms. Beware!

We had a fantastic stay at La Residenza Capri on our 2 night stay. Easy location to navigate through the street from the Piazza or bus terminal. Hotel staff were very professional and helpful with things to see and restaurant recommendations. Room was clean, well maintained, and spacious. Balcony view was phenomenal. Nice place to relax. Enjoyed the made to order complimentary breakfast and nightly turn down service. Overall, we would definitely come back here when in Capri.

La Residenza Capri is a magical beautiful hotel. Five star all the way. From the staff who will do anything to make you feel at home to the amazing breakfast. We will return for 200 percent!! We loved it!!!
