We were able to check in early, which was great and it was perfect for what we needed. Parking and a quick walk into town.

It had all the essentials and the reception staff were friendly and spoke perfect English to which was appreciated! I left my laptop charger cable and had to go back for it and it was ready and waiting at reception which was a big relief.The downsides were that I came during July so it was hot and there is no air conditioning in the rooms, The amenities were also pretty basic, and the coffee/creamers were not topped up I had to go and request more. Lastly, there was shouting and the sound of smashing bottles right outside my window late on the Sunday evening, although I don't think this is typical of the area, which felt very safe.

Ideal for what was needed quick business trip stay

The suite was huge, clean and tidy. However, the weather was hot and there was no air-condition in the room (only a fan)!

Location was great for old part of Erlangen everything in walking distance didn't notice there was no air conditioning when i booked as it was 32 out side was hot inside also but large windows that opened helped at night

Would have liked to have better computer access. Room was clean and breakfast was good.

Was made to wait 10 mins to check in while receptionist was on a personal call. Wi-fi voucher system was terrible and didn't work properly. Basic amenities like moisturiser wasn't available. Maybe I'm being very particular but for the same price other hotels offer better service.

I chose this hotel for a recent business trip which involved commuting to Nurnberg Messe. The hotel was extremely clean with large bedrooms and was very fairly priced compared to the overpriced hotels closer to the Messe.

Located not far out of Nuremberg, this hotel was pleasant and quiet. Parking was onsite (for an additional fee) and the garage had access directly to the hotel. Walking distance from the centre of Erlangen with lots of nice shops and restaurants.

It was a decent 4 nights stay. Nothing special but well above the average overall. Breakfast is a must have - perfect!

They charged us for parking, which I thought was absurd. This is a small hotel in a very small German town, and the last thing you would expect is to pay parking fee.

Hotel was fine. Clean, decent service and decent free wifi.

Hotel was good, not quite walking distance to Erlangen centre. Parking garage at €6 per night was ok. Complimentary wifi was at a decent speed.

Hotel staff were helpful, room was very clean and tidy, about a 15 min walk away from train station.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel, along with our Golden Retriever Reilly. The woman that was working at the front desk when we checked in and virtually everytime we passed by, was very friendly and greated us by name. We are new to Germany and not yet comfortable with our language skills, the front desk clerk spoke excellent English and was helpful with a map of the area. The garage parking was convenient and reasonably priced compared to some others we have seen. The room was comfortable and clean. As seems typical in Germany, the bathroom was small but very efficient. The space was made up for in the room which was very spacious. We would stay at this hotel again.
