I would not recommends to solo traveler. Although I paid full price for a room, because I am traveling solo, I got a room that looked more like a closet or short hallway with a twin bed. Thus has not happened to me in any other place . Also I had to pay for public parking away from the hotel because the parking is so small (at most 10 spots), I could not secure a spot even though I arrived relatively early . However , the quality of the room is good and it is clean and well located . The service in the restaurant for diner was great .

Lovely staff, very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that had fluffy soft towels. Everything about the stay was perfect.

Hotel described as Pet Friendly; however, was told that I couldn’t take the dog into the restaurant and also that I couldn’t leave the dog alone in the room??? The hotel later relented, but we decided to have room service. Sadly the food was, at best, lukewarm.

DINNER TO LATE

Clean and comfortable room in a great location with affordable parking on site. It's two minutes walking from the main square and most of the sights, with great dining options nearby. Getting a room with a balcony was well worth it as we were able to sit outside and watch the sunset with great views of the city. Breakfast OK, nice fresh fruit.

Great location, right at the top of the beautiful steps welcoming visitors to Teruel. If you have luggage and arrive at the train station, note that there is a lift that shuttles you right up the cliff to the top of the stairs, and lands you right in front of the hotel. Teruel is small and walkable, so the location is perfect to get anywhere. The hotel has a new wing in the inner building and an old one that overlooks the plaza and the stairs. We were given a choice between the new and old wings and we chose the new wing, but the old wing is but no means shabby, and if you get one of the rooms in the old wing with the terraces overlooking the plaza, the views are likely amazing. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, always smiling, and very accommodating. They even let us leave our luggage there overnight when we visited a neighbouring town for the night. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
