A wonderful place to stay at the end of an Italy trip if renting a car. Only about 45 minutes to an hour from FCO. One of our favorite travel discoveries. Near Frascati (see Stanley Tucci's Lazio episode). Ridiculously low rate for such a great property.

The hotel was beautiful, and so incredibly restful. Great transport links into Rome. The hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town. Sadly, the shuttle was very very unreliable. You had to book it in advance, and even then, we had to call the hotel several time to get them to pick us up. That was incredibly disappointing. If you don't have a local phone number and have to pay for foreign phone calls, I would not recommend. You will be stuck without a ride.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights for a family wedding. The views were absolutely stunning, and the presence of the 16th-century building was truly magnificent and breathtaking. We also thoroughly enjoyed the VR experience offered by the hotel for €15—it was fantastic. The wedding itself was excellent, providing us with a truly special and memorable experience. However, the bathroom definitely needs maintenance and updating. There were cobwebs on the ceiling, the toilet flusher was broken, and there was no shower curtain. Since it only had a partial glass partition, water splashed everywhere while showering. Fortunately, the bathroom floor had a proper drainage system, so it didn't flood.Additionally, there weren't enough electrical outlets, making it difficult to charge our electronic devices. We stayed in the annex and had to walk along an unpaved path, which meant we had to carry our 50-pound bags completely off the ground to avoid the dirt.Overall, it is a place with immense historical charm and a great event venue, but the guest accommodations could use some updates.

The location of the property is the top notch, overlooking the Rome in distance. The morning and night views were simply gorgeous. The property itslef is grande but not well maintained in some specific areas. Overall, I was glad that I found this property as an option outside yet not far away from Rome and will recommend it to my friends but will set their expectation right as well.

Beautiful and quiet property, the room was very clean and the dinner at their restaurant was delicious. Everyone was very nice as well. My only issue was that the mattress was not comfortable, I could feel the springs in some areas. Other than that, this was a wonderful stay.

Beautiful spot, a bit difficult to get to without a car. Service was just okay during the offseason. Rooms and beds a bit outdated.

Beautiful facility, amazing views from the back of the hotel, the rooms were big and had comfortable beds (the pillows were a little hard). Its pretty for from Ciampino airport and train station, so Uber fees were kind of high.

Great hotel in a quiet location, convenient parking including charging options, very friendly staff and the original atmosphere of a medieval castle.

The place still needs renovation but is beautiful. We were granted an early check in which is appreciated. The room clearly on the small size but the bed really comfortable. The main problem was the lack of hot water during our stay. We realized late afternoon and called reception. They sent a bell boy to check and he confirmed the lack of hot water. As nothing happend we went to the reception and were told to go for dinner and everything will be fine. Returned and still no hot water. Asked again and were given another room with the same problem. So, a techincian was called in at around 11:00pm. We had no feed back and went to bed. Early in the morning tried again and no hot water. We had a long haul flight waiting for us so showered with cold water, had breakfast (very good by the way) and left with no explanation. I am sorry but cannot recommend.

The Villa Grazioli is basically a palace that caters to weddings and occasions so basically there are party guests many days and these are "not too quiet". My room was fine, nice bathroom, TV, good shower. I was on the 2nd floor of the main building. I understand that the rooms on the first floor are much superior. Breakfast was good. The pool is a bit far away from the main building and there are not too many parking places on site (you can park across the street in a dedicated parking lot that I was told is under camera supervision. There is a shuttle into town that can be ordered. The staff are vey friendly and helpful. Note that it is NOT in Rome but it the area. 40km from the Fiumicino and much closer to Ciampino. There are many restaurants nearby and Lake Albano is only 10 minutes away.
