Great location in the 1st. Staff is congenial and attentive. Rooms are quite large by Paris standards

The staff were all great, friendly and amenable but the hotel desperately needs refurbishment. The room was very disappointing with a grubby bathroom, despite upgrading to a superior room. We found a previous guest’s clothing and underwear in a drawer, the towels were removed and not replaced and elevator was out of action, so had to carry our cases 5 floors down. Great location though.

Lovely quiet little hotel in safe area of Paris, very convenient to major sites such as the Louvre, the Tuileries, opera house, restaurants, cafes and Galeries Lafayette and other "high end" shopping. Also, easy walking distance to the Metro

Conveniently located, clean but dated premises. Encounter with one front desk service soured the whole stay for me. Lovely lady Khady at my checkout was consoling, but experience was enough to ruin my opinion on the hotel.

My third time booking this hotel, this is my best time; Friendly staff specially Nunyida @ reception made my eating for my room (arrived 7am) so easy. Very nice room Perfect location

Dry nice hotel in place Vandome; staff was extremely friendly, helpful, polite and professional. The room was big, but dated; floor was uneven and the shower was very small

Prior to my arrival the hotel ask me to check in online a choose what type of accommodation I’d like . I choose a high floor with bath and a city view. I got a first floor room with ensuite shower and a internal court yard view. The carpet on the stairs is thread-bare and there were holes in my bedroom carpet. The hot water was not working properly-ie luke warm for the last 24hrs uncomfortable to a shower in . When I said it to the receptionist she just said oh sorry!

This is a great place to stay in Paris! Lovely hotel with very accommodating staff in the heart of Paris on the Place Vendome. Historic location with beautiful shopping areas as well. Excellent breakfast. Very good value. Will stay here again!

This is an adorable hotel quaint with easy access to other areas. The room is quite spacious and the bed is comfortable. The pillows were okay but a little lumpy. The television is small compared to other places I've stayed and the channel selection seems very limited for an international hotel. The rooms are quiet and the staff are excellent and very friendly.

We got a terrace room and it was so worth it!
