Very cozy and atmospheric place for a vacation. Beaches are easily reachable if you travel by car (by the way, parking near the hotel was free). The breakfast and dinner buffet was not very big, but offered a great selection and quality of food. The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The spacious room included a kettle, fridge, and even a washing machine.

AC unit was hardly cooling the room due to lack of maintenance

Found the room dirty, unpleasant, items broken , shower mouldy , broken items sitting on top of the shower. Didn’t stay checked out within 2 hours, would not give us our money back , was disgusted, considering they charged us 340 euro a night. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The rooms are very comfortable, but ours could have benefitted from some better storage i.e. drawers

El sitio es espectacular, un pueblo con mucho encanto, habitaciones espaciosas y la vista Mar simplemente breathtaking. Sin embargo le faltan muchos detalles para estar a la altura de lo que pagas y de lo que debería ser un Barceló. Cena bastante pobre en cuanto a calidad. Imposible beber cocteles en la piscina porque no tenían ningún por falta de ingredientes o simplemente por no saber hacerlos. La habitación estaba bastante bien pero tiene señales claras de falta de mantenimiento. Cocina, paredes, baños. Esperaba algo más, la location al final te hace valorar todo más de lo que es.

Love it,if you like nice and quiet,This Retro Spanish style village must go.Service Top to bottom perfecto!Staffs all carry smile everywhere u go.Dont expect bar or restaurant near by.its Zero.But u got everything u need inside the resort.Go for half board.Both Buffe breakfasts and Dinner also Good too. Remember get a Seaview Room. 100% will go back.

The resort is beautiful and has a great ocean view. It is a bit far away from the nearest town if you want more dining and entertainment options.

Great place, giving a feel of a little Spanish village next to the lovely view of the sea. It was just superb on a fine sunny day, and pretty grim and gray on a fully cloudy/rainy day. Excellent team, great food as part of half-board stay and attention was given whenever we needed help or some addons like kettle, beach towels, etc. The kitchen team were very innovative and did a nice spread of variety of food, different every day and with plenty of options for young kids, who can eat some healthy food and not just nuggets or burger or chips.

Breakfast was exceptional.

The hotel and surroundings were excellent the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative thing was I had to pay an extra €20 for kitchenware which I thought was a bit disappointing considering how much the hotel room was.

Very relaxing location and lovely staff. Room was nice and well kept but a bit tired. Breakfast was great. We would definitely come back!

We loved our time here. Our delux family suite was fabulous with amazing sea views. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Pool was lovely. Bus outside hotel on the hour bringing you to beach and El Campillo. Only downside is lack of access to shop if you don't have a car. Only snacks available at reception. Other than than loved it.

Excellent value and excellent staff. Wish I could have stayed a week. Amazing view. If you plan to stay awhile know that it’s on the side of a hill and the walk up and down to your room is quite a hike. They have staff with golf carts to bring you around if needed and especially during check in and out when you have your luggage. So glad I found this hotel!

Short stay so not really a chance to see all on offer but room was a huge 1 bed apartment with large bathroom and kitchen. Good distant sea view from small balcony. General condition was poor, breakfast room too small and crowded. Very steep paths to get to room, not suitable for anyone who has walking difficulties. Reception staff not as welcoming as others we have used. Could be nice with some effort from the management but for now, I'll be staying elsewhere.
