Room was clean, i was disappointed with the size. Small desk and chair, overall not what i would expect from a 4 star Hotel. Travelled all of the day, long journey, arrived at 8:30 pm to be told the restaurant was closed at weekend, apparently i should have read on the website, I was informed. Asked where any restaurant's were and was told to drive towards Poitier, very helpful! Bar was closed where iwe returned at 10 :30 pm

We chose this hotel as it is very close to the motorway. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. Friendly recepionist, but the bat staff need more training.

It was a lonely stop over as we drove to the South West

Hotel is gud but fridge doesn't wrk and not cooling as well,they didn't remove a empty water bottle then won't be changed a new bottle on next day morning. Small expectation isn't fulfilled.

Used this hotel as a stop over. Very convenient just off the motorway. Friendly multilingual staff, clean comfortable room.

A little tricky to find the Hotel, other than that all was well.

Very close to motorway exit. I arrived later than intended (after 9 pm) and was surprised to find the restaurant closed. Could be because it was a Sunday? However if needed there is room service with a short menu.

The hotel is basic but clean and functional. Conveniently located for Futoroscope. Good rates make it good value.

This is an easy to find hotel. Our room overlooked the car park, which while it was not secure, it was well lit. The room was large and comfortable and the TV had a side HDMI connection which enable us to connect our digibox with ease. Impressed by the green lighting system in the corridors. A good experience and great value for our winter stopover.

Comfortable, clean room. Great evening meal with excellent service in the restaurant. When travelling from the Channel Tunnel to Carcassonne we always stop at Futurama with the Mercure as our first choice overnight stay. It never disappoints us.

Found hotel very easily as junction 28 and choice of hotels on roundabout junction. Breakfast was extra charge as most French hotels seem the need to charge extra unlike Portuguese/Spanish hotels. The staff were friendly and kept cool bag cold in their fridges overnight. BEWARE no secure parking as garage closed off for some reason. The neighborhood was industrial, so we ate in restaurant, expensive and no flavour as per normal for French Motorway hotels, terrible but wine cheap for a change. Probably would stay at the other hotel in the area next time if driving in this region.
