The room was small but clean and has a balcony. The shower cabin was tight.

The hotel has a terrible air conditioning system that makes extremely strong noise at night. Even with earplugs you won’t be able to sleep. It’s very poorly maintained.

Not keen on the breakfast menu. Not much on offer regarding drinks in the room, cardboard xup

Basically the hotel it was great place ,staff all right cleaning horrible and no cup no shampoo no towels no hovering the room no tea or coffee you should asked all the time for everything and at the last you give up with them no standard no respect and responsibility at all😔😔😔😖😖☹️☹️☹️shame because the hotel is perfect location

I was in need of a place to stay for one night in Faro. This hotel is in the centre and you can easily walk to trin station or bus station. Room has all you need for a good stay

Unsmiling, disinterested desk staff. Scruffy room -bathroom door that wouldn’t close, damaged curtains, no bedside table on one side of the bed and chipped old furniture. Too tatty.

Friendly check in, room was clean and comfortable - you request whether or not you want the room serviced daily. Recycling bin in room. Kettle. Towels were large and fluffy. Shower hot. Just couldnt get air conditioning to work even with door to balcony closed. Bed was comfortable with spare pillows. Did not have breakfast as ate locally. Great location for shops and restaurants.

Just what you need for a city centre hotel. Clean and functional with friendly staff.

Small rooms but adequate for the 2 nights we stayed. Rates as a 5-star hotel, more like a 3-star hotel. Location good for walking in the city center and sights. No on-site parking if you have a car.

Coffee and milk aren’t available in the room, only two sachets of sugar and two sachets of tea.
