Very clean, staff friendly and helpful especially trying their best to speak English. Very much appreciated.

The staff were very helpful and polite, the restaurant was fantastic and the room was beautiful. My only negative was that every time I tried to order room service, I had to call repeatedly for up to 30 mins in order to get an answer.

Rooms were clean but dated. Dinner at the bar sounded promising but was overpriced and the quality was ok but not really great, which the prices suggested.

This resort was lovely - the rooms were large and grand, the food amazing and the staff perhaps the friendliest I have ever encountered. I highly recommend.

Very lovely hotel. We enjoyed the relaxing pool / spa area. The tunnels underneath the residences were great to not have to go out into the cold to get to the main building and spa. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

Very nice place I regrets I did not manage to use the Spa but it must be very good Restaurant good food but not cheap Easy to find Room was very nice and cosy, only missing cups in the room and the wifi keep dropping

The Falkenstein Grand is one of the best locations I have ever stayed at (we have traveled extensively all over Europe). Family friendly and the property has one of the best views overlooking Frankfurt. We felt we were entering a fairy tale of how beautiful the surroundings and hotel is. The food is great and if your family (ours was a family of 5) is into relaxing, hiking and exploring then this is the place to stay! The staff is the best and very accommodating including the management. Car is a must as this is a pretty remote area. We will be back for long stay at this location in the future and explore more of the wood trails and castles and forts behind the hotel. I give it 5 diamonds!

The hotel is beautiful. The surrounding areas does not have much to do except hiking. The bad thing about this hotel is that it’s not handicap accessible. It seems that throughout Europe accessibility is not a main priority too many stairs not enough elevators.

Absolutely the best service. Incredible place to stay.

We stayed for two nights recently. The rooms were a little tired (but was clean) and unfortunately there was no air con in our room. The staff however were excellent and the food for dinner and breakfast was very good. The views over Frankfurt are stunning.
