Great hotel and in a good area. Room too hot and heating temp stat didn’t work so couldn’t control it. Window didn’t seal right so could hear street noise even after getting maintenance

We were room only for two nights. The room was very adequate and the bed very comfortable. The reception staff very efficient and friendly.

Perfect room for a solo traveller- super comfortable bed, polite & friendly staff, superb location in terms of transport links, would stay again if returning to Sevilla.

Lovely room and helpful staff

Really good location but noise from outside is heard quite easily, especially on the weekend when it seems to be quite busy in the area even well into the night. Also no coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise practical and a great little hub for a short visit to Seville.

We loved the place!

The problem was that the windows at the front of the hotel are poorly sound proofed. We were on the 4th floor overlooking the main road at the front of the hotel and were repeatedly woken by noisey drunken students from the university coming home during the early morning

Nice modern room, good bedding, very kind staff, well located for tran metro and Renfe railway. I will come back in the future.

Junior suite was just perfect for our stay. Excellent shower! Location is great and the tram station just across the road with great access to all tourist spots

We had to leave a few days early for a medical issue. The hotel was willing to refund the nights but said Expedia refused to refund the unused nights. Perhaps Expedia could explain that to me.
