The hotel is under construction. Looks awful outside. The lobby is plain The room was large and clean with the exception of two pubic hairs found in the bathroom and coffee area. Noise was awful around 8am Single glazing in the bathroom Room was too hot There was no complimentary water in the room The area was awful. We were followed and harassed by a man outside our hotel. Hotel have no parking facilities.

We stayed in September for 3 nights while we attended a motorcycle event nearby. The staff were fabulous. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and clean with a balcony. Could not fault it. Highly recommend it and great value for money.

It’s always a pleasure to stay in this hotel. Not only do they offer comfortable and clean rooms but the staff makes you feel welcome with a broad smile from the minute you walk in.

Fantastic value for money. Clean, central, nice staff. Rooms are very small but it doesn’t matter. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is nice. I was pleasantly surprised because the room was so cheap.

Nice hotel close to the beach

Had a lovely stay at Hotel Silken Turcosa. I cannot fault the hotel or the location. If we were in the area again we would definitely stay again. We had a room with a harbour view. The balcony was in shade in the afternoon which suited us as the temperature was too hot to sit outside and enjoy the view at that time.

I booked this hotel based on reviews I found online. Reception and common area looked fine Rooms ware small and not in good condition. I took many photos to be able to back up this writing. No parking at all. I expected much more. Will never go back again.

This is our fifth stay at Turcosa - our go to place whenever we visit Grao. The hotel is conveniently situated and the staff are absolutely brilliant. The room is spacious, clean & the view of the Port is spectacular. Breakfast is excellent & great value.

Excellent - this was our second stay. Wonderful location. Staff were absolutely welcoming, friendly & accommodating. Would be nicer if the air conditioning could be set lower than 19C especially when it was really hot outside.

Wonderful service & excellent location at a reasonable price. Breakfast was lovely - great value!! We were booked for 3 nights in Turcosa & 2 nights in another hotel. We liked this hotel so much that we extended our stay by another 2 nights and cancelled our other booking. We have now booked another 4 nights in May/June - can't wait!!

Everything was excellent. I would only say that it was a bit hot; although the weather outside was cold. The temperature could not be adjusted in the room. Service was very good and breakfast delicious

The hotel is located opposite the harbour. Lots of seafood restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. The staff were very helpful. Good to have coffee maker in the room. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Great place for an overnight stay.
