Reception staff was rude. Elevator is tiny and slow. Thin walls.

Very nice hotel, room is spacious and clean, bathroom is also nice, only thing that didn’t work was the WIFI connection, it was extremely slow and I always got disconnected automatically.

The rooms are very basic. The hotel is located just outside the older moorish district. Breakfast was above basic but not a total buffet. However for 11 euros it was a good deal to get the day going. The team didn’t seem to know the neighborhood when asking them for suggestions. But they were polite.

Over 2 weeks in Spain we stayed in 5 hotels. This was the most expensive (by a fair way) and the most disappointing. Negatives: * Significant mould in bathroom - 1 stain above bidet was 1 metre long by about 5cm wide. Other stains on tile grout/silicon/shower screen edge etc. more common, but still not great * Floor edge cleanliness in bathroom was poor * Soundproofing felt non-existent, voices and TV from adjoining rooms and corridor always seemed loud * Clean coffee cups not provided daily * No tea or coffee provided Positives * Kettle and fridge * Comfortable bed and pillows * Location right next to tram stop (for easy access to rail and bus stations) * Plenty of bars/restaurants nearby * Right next to a supermarket (though it doesn't open on Sundays) Granada is an amazing city, but having stayed in hotels for as little as €30/night elsewhere in Spain, for over €100/night we expected so much better.

Considering its a 4 star hotel no slippers or bath robs and no soap bar and on my last day house keeper must have forgot to top up shower gel in the bathroom. If this was not all we get 21 inch satellite tv with no smart tv functions and not much english channels option.

Very limited breakfast which for 19 Euros was way over priced.

For a four star, it is quite substandard. I wouldn't go back.

Disappointed. Room was dark. Not enough light. Small window facing roof. We were assured to get one double or king bed . Instead, we got two small beds put together. Pillow was one long pillow on bed. Hard to adjust or sit up in bed. Pillow covers had black spots. Only one small chair and table to sit. Not comfortable. No iron. No hot water kettle or coffee in room. Phone didn’t work in room. We bought breakfast buffet. Looks better online but place is little dirty floors. Only two coffee machine for a large buffet area. Only two people working there. No extra cups to get another coffee or tea. You have to use your same cup again. Butter was actually fake butter. Reception desk wasn’t very helpful. No service offered for tours of city sights seeing. Restaurant didn’t have much vegetation food and staff wasn’t helpful. I thought I was booking a very nice place, but other than lobby, nothing impressive.

I stayed one week and it was nice. The breakfast was super good. The room is wide and clean and attached full facilities. The location is also nice. I need to walk only 1 min to the metro. I recommend to stay there when you are in Granada.

I recently stayed at Urban Dream Granada Hotel, and it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the attentive staff made me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were consistently provided, adding a touch of comfort to my stay. I particularly appreciated the proximity to local amenities, which made exploring the city and finding necessities a breeze. What truly set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the genuine care that the staff exhibited. Whether I needed directions, recommendations, or just a friendly chat, they were always available and eager to assist. I wholeheartedly recommend Urban Dream Granada Hotel to anyone looking for a convenient location and top-notch service. It’s a place where you can truly feel at home while enjoying the vibrant culture of Granada.

The Hotel was very well situated. The metro/tram was right outside. In walking distance of interesting places. Breakfast and evening meal were more than adequate. The Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

A great value stay in a nice room with staff who were always helpful. Daily breakfast and room servicing were great and was great having a fridge and kettle. We appreciated that this is NOT the central tourist district knowing it’s only 15 minutes easy walk to the cathedral and other areas.
