This was a gorgeous hotel. A real find!

Large spacious room was great after coming off a cruise. Front desk was awesome. We got an early check in. Brought ice up to the room. Excellent stay

Nice quiet and clean hotel in a good location for walking to waterfront or up town or shopping. Dinner options seemed a little limited within near vicinity but okay with a walk. Rooms are smaller than what they appear to be in pictures but nice and comfortable finishes. Sofa needs to be replaced - leather cracking. Throw blankets would be a nice touch. View of building and concrete but good daylight. Enjoyed this little mama nesting next to the owls :)

Loved our hotel. Location was perfect for our cruise and right in the middle of all things fun.

Beautiful hotel,nice room, convenient location.My one negative is that is does not serve any type of breakfast even though Expedia says it does, a nuisance for me, I like to grab something quick in the morning.

Booked room for 4 people. Only got supplies for 2. Had to ask for more from desk but, they forgot. Did not replenish toilet paper when we only had 1/2 a roll left when housekeeping came. Not impressed for the price.

Staff very helpful with directions, dining, holding baggage.

Great room but refrigerator wasnt working. This room suite (909) while nice was chopped into smaller sections and crowded. Wouldnt be a good fit if you had a wheelchair. We had a rolly walker & it was challenging. But service and hotel were very nice.
