Very helpful staff, very professional and very nice maintenance man, when he came up to show how the TV system works.

The property location was great, right in the heart of the city. Very walkable to the water as well as the shopping and restaurants.

Perfect downtown location, friendly staff and an amazing gym/health area

The Auberge was hard to find, at first, since there wasn't a big sign and it was located in the Terminal City Club. Aside from that, the hotel is in a great location (to convention center, Canada Place - cruise terminal, subway, food court, etc.). The food court about a block away closes around 8:00 pm, so once that option is out, food choices are limited to room service (which we did not try) and Breka Bakery (open 24/7). Only had brief interactions with the desk staff, but they were always friendly and helpful (provided maps, coupons and suggestions). Room was a suite (living room with large sofa, dinette with table, sink, microwave, fridge; bedroom with king size bed, full size bathroom). Great view of the skyscrapers and somewhat restricted view of the cruise ship termial. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely room and view and may great restaurants and places to walk to nearby, very central location to anything one is looking to do in downtown Vancouver

The room had obvious damages. I told the staff it was my husbands birthday they were friendly but nothing special was done. The housekeeping was annoyed both days that we were still in the room in the morning

Staff was amazing, views were spectacular and room was spotless. Highly recommend and will be back!

Great location

I feel confused about how this property had such high ratings. The pictures listed I feel are quite misleading. There was zero view from our room compared to the comparable pictures on the listing for our room type and we were onto 9th floor. There are only 12 floors. Our view was straight to the side of a brown stucco wall. Also the beds definitely do not feel pillow top or luxury at all. The room is quite tight quarters as well. The fridge also didn't work and the AC is set to minimum limit temperature it would allow you to set temp to. The bedroom was very hot during the night. It was clean so giving 2 stars vs 1. It wasn't a terrible place but compared to ratings and listing info I don't feel it lives up to what it's advertising.

This hotel is not an Auberge in any way. Finding it is a chore since it occupies only certain floors of the office building g that houses the Termanil City Club
