Nice hotel quite quirky

This hotel was fabulous!! Staff was friendly and parking was in a secure parking building/ramp! Very walkable to all areas near the University of Bristol!

Room was lovely. Spacious, clean, well supplied with toiletries and refreshments. Car parking no problem. Easy access to all that Bristol offers

Staff were courteous and friendly. The hotel was very clean. Our room was very comfortable with a nice big bed and a large sofa plus a small desk and chair. Nice modern bathroom too. During our stay the hotel was quiet. It is well positioned to explore Bristol.

Our room was lovely, quiet, and cosy, and the staff were very convenient location

First room felt like it wasn’t used much. Toilet flush puller didn’t work well, contant dripping noise outside as a result of rain, tv didn’t work. Was disappointed that restaurant was fully booked and my 20% discount wasnt valid for room service. Changed room.

Secure covered Parking available in the square for guests at a price. Breakfast excellent, and really comfy bed and nice touches in room (biscuits, fruit etc). Only downside was lift out of order so hauling a large suitcase up 3 flights of stairs not ideal. Lovely warm welcoming staff.

Clean room, great breakfast, great service. Was staying overnight on university business and couldn't have wanted more.

It was a shame the hotel was under renovation. The room i stayed in definitely needed upgrading. But the staff were all very friendly.

A wonderful location from which to explore Bristol, with friendly staff, great food, and a comfortable room.

Fantastic 7 night stay while travelling on my own for a course. The food was delicious, the staff were gorgeous and the location was perfect. Small rooms BUT as a solo traveller that made me feel even more at home. Will deffo stay there again if in Bristol
