Staff helpful, room clean, room relatively large for the usual in HK

We did not request housekeeping services but managed to get our linens changed and rubbish cleared daily. Thanks to the kind housekeeper. There are pillow options, but we did not try. Old hotel, but bathroom was renovated. All is good, but would suggest replacing the old carpet in the room.

During 5 nights the room was only cleaned twice.

The staff was very helpful as they well kept my lost jacket and passed it to my friend in HK.

The room is spacious, but a bit far from the ladies market.

Metropark Kowloon is recommended.

The hotel is recommended. 9/10. The room have a big size. Due to the room in hongkong hotel have a small size. And metropark kowloon have a big size with price is affordable. The hotel have shuttle bus to the mongkok station. Hotel can provide for taxy order. The location to the mongkok hotel is approximately for 10 minutes (600-700 m).

The hotel is really comfortable and big size for a hotel type in Hong Kong. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Mong Kok station. If you want to walk, it takes 10 minutes to reach the Mong Kok station, Ladies Market, and Mong Kok market. Actually, the hotel is OK. Recommended.

Located near a shopping area, and the hotel provides a shuttle minibus to the nearest MTR station (Mongkok station) every hour. The hotel didn't provide drinking water, but it can be bought at the receptionist. The room is quite spacious. However, the room is not cleaned every day, so if you want your room to be cleaned, you need to leave a message to the receptionist. Overall, this hotel is good. I might come back again.

A busy hotel yet located in the center of cities. Food and shopping locations nearby within walking distance. Safe stay so far and they let the guests have their own privacy, wouldn't clean up without being asked. I'm fine with that. :) Thanks.

Good service. Not far from MTR.

The location is slightly apart from MTR. And the entire building/room looks old. But we have a big room.

Kamar enak lumayan gede, amenities lengkap, dapet mineral water 4botol dalam sehari. Terus depan hotel juga udah tempat bis stop. Tapi sayang jauh dari MTR. Bisa pesen taksi untuk ke bandara juga di hotelnya.

The location is close to MTR. Looking for easy dining, close to shopping centers. Rooms are quite spacious the size of hotel rooms in Hong Kong.

Mantab, there is a free shuttle from the airport express station, so from the airport, take the airport express then go down at kowloon, continue to nail stairs up shutle no k5, go straight down the hotel lobby, behind it too, so in front of the hotel there is a wellcome supermarket, then 20m beside the hotel there sevel, just walk up to the ladies matket and squat, perfect for shoe shopping. The point is recommended

At check-in, if the type of room is twin beds, immediately say twin beds. The problem is my experience, even though I clearly asked for 2 beds, but when I arrived at the hotel room it turned out to be 1 bed, yes, the next time I slept with my male friend, finally I returned to the 1st floor (check-in) to reconfirm . Finally, the twin bed was immediately given. For the 1st floor check-in place, so just take the elevator. It's a bit expensive but it's normal but the room is close to the bus stop. If you want to go to the MRT, the road is about 1 km far.
