Hôtel and staff were great. Parking in the garage was a nightmare. So tight we damaged our car trying to negotiate the ramps and columns

Positives: - Main lobby and surrounding area was very nice & modern. - A lot of toiletries & towels offered in room. - Small water bottles offered and replenished daily, which was appreciated, free of charge. - Local grocery store very close by, within a few minutes walk. - 5 min walk to Metro station. - Local area with some stores and restaurants was within a 20 min walk. - Breakfast was available for a charge. - Metro was fairly easy to navigate, inexpensive and clean. Negatives: - Not close to major attractions. Being our first time in Madrid, was not aware how far most things were. You have to take the Metro or cab everywhere. - Cleaning staff would start cleaning rooms by 9 am and it was extremely noisy and disruptive. Walls seemed paper thin and you could hear the vacuum and banging of furniture up against the wall, literally waking us up most mornings. - Room was a bit small.

Perfect location, their food it’s amazing , friendly and respectful staff.

Overall it was a good experience. The location was very convenient, nice staff, great restaurant, and comfortable beds.

The room was very spacious and clean but it was so hot despite the room being air conditioned. Everything else was great!

Breakfast was good and staff was extremely helpful with directions to Toro stadium and bus station that allowed us to access all Plazas easily.

If you are looking for an idyllic little part of Madrid away from the busy city and metro , this hotel might be it. It is close enough to the airport and the city by public transport but you will have to be mobile if you aren’t keen to splurge . The staff are warm and friendly from reception to the kitchen, everyone does their best to make it a home away from home

The hotel appears to be a new hotel. The physical appearance is excellent. The room had plenty of space and was very clean. The staff was excellent and very helpful. The restaurant and the bar are very good. The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood. The hotel is very close to a metro stop (Cartagena) so you don't have to be in the city center to see the tourist sites, and you can spend some time in an authentic neighborhood. Getting to the airport by taxi takes about 20-30 minutes, and taxis frequently make rounds to the hotel. We didn't have to wait long to get a taxi to the airport when we left.

AC had a large room for us to stay in

Wondered people and location. The room was very clean and comfortable. The people at the front desk were very helpful and kind. The location is near key bus and subway stations.

My friend’s backpack was stolen during the check out, when we were at the reception. Staff didn’t provide the images from security camera, they just shared the police station ‘s address and no more support. Police informed it is very common AT THIS HOTEL!
